The Royal Ark, Kasauli

We wish to convey our utmost gratitude and thanks to MMT and all staff members of Royal Ark Hotel for making our family retread at this beautiful Hotel so memorable. We sincerely thank Ms Anjali Kashyap at reception for her kind help in accommodating our last minute adjustments in rooms as per our convenience as we had two elderly persons and also the Manager who helped us in locating our misplaced camera when we were away to Kasauli Market. We personally thank night reception members for helping our kids in play zone and ensuring that everything during the family retreat was in order and ensuring personally our members' requirements needs were met during the retreat. I can not forget to mention that I personally acknowledge the special concern shown by Ms. Preeti Kashyap by specially calling us on our way back from market to confirm whether we would like to have dinner that night as we were too late in reaching back from Kasuli and it was late night 10.30PM. We had three Duplex Rooms with double Air Conditioners, Double Bathrooms and double LCDs. The balcony with rooms were real enjoyable. Housekeeping staff was quite impressive. Staff was very friendly and caring. We believe that this is one of the best retreats that we have been to so far. We will not only recommend this The Royal Ark, Kasauli to others but will revisit this The Royal Ark, Kasauli again. Thanks. 🙏🙏🙏

Our family trip in royal ark was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in royal ark. The staff of the The Royal Ark, Kasauli was very courteous and humble. The food was delicious. The The Royal Ark, Kasauli is equipped with lots of recreational activities like snooker, table tennis, ice hockey etc. Staff also provided us cricket bat, ball and badminton rackets for outdoor activities. Our kids enjoyed a lot. However, few activities were under maintenance. Special mention to The Royal Ark, Kasauli manager mr. Ravi, ms preeti and restaurant manager mr. Pankaj thakur. We will love to go again in royal ark for vacations. Location of the The Royal Ark, Kasauli is a bit off from kasauli i. E. 12 km away, but the advantage is you can also visit and explore solan which is around 12 km away from royal ark.

A premium place to stay while visiting kasauli/solan valley. Pros: duplex rooms: accommodates 4 adults with amazing valley view and service food: buffet in meals for large crowd and al cart e when few visitors. Both are made with amazing chef skills. Facilities: pool/snooker tables well maintained, gym is stacked, lawn/garden is clean and refreshing, lots of space facing the valley at high elevation (6 floors) to enjoy the view. Staff: polite and helpful staff, valley parking, chefs maintain hygiene security: well guarded and registered users are treated politely and promptly cons: distance from dharampur: 3. 3km downhill from dharampur so losses a lot of altitude. Still a good location valley parking guard is rude. Can learn to be reasonable if not polite. Car cleaning/dusting is desirable

Pros: the resort has a huge and multiple dining areas. The resort has multiple open areas where in we can walk around safely. It has a gaming zone for fun. Staff is very welcoming, professional and co-operative valet parking is there. The rooms are clean and provides beautiful view. Room service is just awesome. Cons: the television shows only free channels. They have not taken subscription for paid channels. Little far away from market area so you must have your own vehicle else you would be in pain as no public transport is there to commute near by. Food is served until 10:30 pm so party lovers would have to order food early.

The resort was situated at Kasauli, but not very close to the main market area. Good that it was away from pollution and noise ... It had all the amenities that one would expect to be in a star rated The Royal Ark, Kasauli. The food was really good and they provide you complimentary dinner and breakfast over your stay. Room service was good and the staff at the front desk were friendly and supportive. Overall my experience here was really good. I would say that it was really a good value for the money you spend. Not even one factor disappointed me throughout my stay.

Visited16th - 18th June. Let me tell you, best part of our stay was Baba resorts. Teams hospitality cannot be matched. It was my wifes birthday and on my request, manager arranged room decoration and very good one. I was little skeptical about the services as I knew The Royal Ark, Kasauli was fully booked due to peak season but the way The Royal Ark, Kasauli staff managed meal arrangements for breakfast and dinner was really commendable. Mr Anuj (Front desk manager) and lady next to her are really very courteous and helpful.

Hotel is 3 km internal from dharmpur. If you are in a search of peace no shoo r gul. Than The Royal Ark, Kasauli is fine. No market near to it. Hotel property is good. Rooms are good. Food is also good, i haven taken plan of dinner and bf. Ala cart for dinner and buffet for bf, they have a separate menu for dinner package. I stay there only for 1 night and reached The Royal Ark, Kasauli around 5 pm and checkout at 12. So don't have much time to spend. But overall good experience for a short trip

Two points for which i want to take attention are- (1) we have booked that The Royal Ark, Kasauli for in view of kids games shown in pics all the games are unservicable (2) they given room in last of the The Royal Ark, Kasauli building where nothing is view-able we request them to please give room in front but they reply all rooms were already booked the reality is that we that floor we get room only 2 to 3 rooms were booked others were empty. Room service and food quality super

Refreshing experience and of you are looking for luxurious stay in dharampur then this is the place. We also took toy train to Shimla from there as dharampur train station is very near .. Food was awesome and even service provided was very good.

Staff is humble, polite & cooperative. Property is good. Breakfast was fine. Total hygiene.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff is very cooperative the food was excellent! we had ordered dinner and platter it was delicious the service was wonderful. Waiter was so attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. . Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. . I had a great experience at this The Royal Ark, Kasauli.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days, property is good, awesome food they serve. Few things needs to improve to get their names to top most properties in Kasauli. 1. They need to have more staff and courteous too, 2. Irrespective of weather, people booked with meals, restaurant should have all cutlery's in place. It's more looks like coming and eating in wedding, 3. Service need lots of improvement, they are slow and not very proactive.

This The Royal Ark, Kasauli is best for those who are going to Shimla and want a break. If you are planning to visit Kasauli and want to stay here. Its very bad idea. Special comment for Manager: I have viewed yout replies to people who gives bad comment, please note the way you respond to people comment doesn't show your professionalism. You should be more polite and humble towards your guests and tell them that the difficulty you faced during your trips will be look into.

Rooms are very good. Location of resort is good. Service is quick and good. Service staff is helpful. Food quality is not very good. Improvements are need in food quality and also quantities. Some food are missing from menu card.

Our stay was good and food was also very good, however altitude of the place is much below as compared to kasauli. Also the property has less open areas than our expectations/impressions based on photos.

Good food good location and staff was very humble but need some kids activities like swimming pool.

The location of property is wonderful it's around 2. 3 km away from main road. Absolutely in the lap of nature. Then the security, hospitality, standard of The Royal Ark, Kasauli, hygienic infrastructure, kids area, room service, specially food quality. It's awesome i give 10 out of 10 everyone should visit. Awesome experience.
