This property was find on make my trip platform. That was nice. Location was very good. Food of restaurant was awesome . Hotel staff was also good behaviour & very polite nature.

Reached nearby to property and called Hotel number. Got prompt response. Would suggest location description as in front of Kalika Mandir.When we reached at property, rain started. We enjoyed good snacks and tea. Later we had dinner at hotel and had comfortable stay.

The room was very pathetic. Washbasin tap was broken. No hot water is coming in the tap. After complaint they come and fix that but not perfectly. Room lights are very dim and also the room is not as per the expectations its not looks like a deluxe room. It's very small and crust are coming out from the wall. It was overall very bad experience. Thanks

Good stay and nice place lots of fun there

Only The food is good and hospitality is also ok. But The facilities are not Worth The money they are charging.

The location is quite good, away from the hustle and bustle of the main town. There are taxis plying between the hotel area Kalika and Ranikhet main town making it convenient. The staff are very courteous, helpful and will do it all to make your stay comfortable. Food at the restaurant on roof-top is very good. The Kumaoni thali is particularly a great experience. There are quite a few variety of items available at the reception that can be purchased.
