Cleaning - 0 Broken chair, broken tray, dirty bedsheet, blanket, pillow cover, stinky room, fridge not working, dust everywhere, improper behaviour of staff, housekeeping is very rude, not ready to do things in right way. Overall horrible experience 😢

Overall stay is pleasant. Rooms are well equipped with all the amenities. Hotel is overpriced. Nearby locality is good. Food is overpriced but quality and portion is descent, and so as the taste.

I have find this property through make my trip. It was my first stay in this hotel. It was a terrible experience. Thar was no cleaniness no hygiene in restrorent. And no proper service. It was a complete waste of money. I advise all the visitors don’t dare to book this hotel ever.

Positive: dett size room & good location. Not so good : 1. Old property 2. Rude staff 3. Not clean ( towels were dirty, bed was smelling. 4. Staff stand on your head for tips. If they charge 1500 to 2000 then it’s ok ( hygiene is nonnegotiable) but not worth 3k+ hotel.

Overall stay was good property need to keep hair dryer in the bathroom and light kitchen service like tea etc must be 24 hr

No cleanliness, food choices are limited, needs more professional handling, bathrooms need overhaul.

Property location was not a problem, there was no proper cleanup in the hotel and too smells were inside the room and even in the corridors, beds were too much spungy and bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were not proper clean as it was smelling badly, no proper arrangement of breakfast, only 2-3 options were there in breakfast although they charged full amount, even the breakfast was arranged with marriage booked guest and there was no proper cleaned arranged space for breakfast like we have normally in any good or decent hotel. Overall experience was too bad.

I booked this hotel by mistake and paid the full amount so it was very terrible i requested for 50% of the refund and they refused and talked very badly

Room book as family room but provide 2 extra metres and staff not help, location is good, room size good

Ac was not working of allotted room and room sifted after 2 hours. Other facilities of dinner and other facilities was just average

Very bad the hotel was pathetic, except the food nothing was ok dirty hand towels in room not bathing towels arranged, no hot water in the room, never had this waay experience it was un satisfactory no way it was a deluxe room it was horrible.

Hotel rooms not good bed is also uncomfortable. Service is bad totally waste of money. I suggest never go this hotel
