Mr lalith (serene villa at agra) collected extra amount and did nonsense while returning. Please return my amount which was collected by lalit while returning. Iam sending proof of extra amount collected. Please resolve issue as soon as possible. And talk to him and please reimburse my amount. Please resolve and refund

Dear guest i think we both know the truth. You booked the hotel for 14 adults and 4 kids. But you was total 32 persons. As per hotel voucher you paid only for 14+4 pax. So yes we charged for extra person. Was we did wrong? whe traveling you paid train fare for all persons, you paid monument tickets for all persons, you paid local transport for all persons then why you are crying to paid for the hotel. Dear guest hospitality never comes free. You was well aware about the guest count before you booked the hotel. Giving negative rating is your choice and to bring truth is our duty. Thank you

Overall A good stay

The property is A good place for A friend's trip. Although it took some time to locate the property and the surroundings were peaceful there. The property was clean there and I felt A sense of security there. Overall I will recommend this property to others.
