Location is very natural and calming, surrounded by mountains and varieties of trees full of greenery. Rooms and bathroom were very clean and organized. Owner was noble and kind. Overall, satisfied by the service

Am writ-ting my experience based on homestay point of view. The homestay stay just like home entertainment. So here is my family experience. Room facilities are good provide all necessary things and property location good place you will see full of greenery around you, property owner mr. Santosh and his wife are very nice and kind. In property small coffey, black paper and elaichi garden is there you can go for walk as well. We like the property aminities and staying. Thanks to the property owner for good hospitality and awesome yummy food.

The stay was very pleasant and the host mr. Santosh was very warm and welcoming. The house is also nestled inside the forest wherein you can detach yourself from the commotion of the city.

Our stay was a pleasant experience, rooms were neat and clean and the view outside the room was mesmerizing. Resort Owner was genuine and very helpful got to know about near by places and the food he served was real authentic Kerala style which was yummy. Overall very nice experience will surely visit again soon.

It was a great experience for us. The rooms are okay. We really love the location of the hotel. The Shade has the small river next to premises which we can access. Home made south indian food served was good. Worth for money.

It was keen on a cultural experience which owners provided. They gave authentic Kerala cuisine and were extremely courteous the children were friendly and disciplined. My three year old grandchild was comfortable and felt free to run around. I wish we could have explored their garden a bit more. To enrich their services they could perhaps have conducted tours for plant recognition or to a nearby village. That would be their ups for cultural experience.

Location of home stay was not convenient. No scenic view from the homestay. Drinking water was charged. No variety of food items offered for dinner and was not worth for the amount charged. Hospitality was good but overall stay was average.

I went to the Shade Munnar for 2 days. It was awesome trip the home stay looks like Temple. It is very clean Home stay, looks gorgeous. Interior design of home stay is very nice. I really appreciate the management staff effort to make their home stay best. They served us in time and they are very friendly. Rooms are very clean and large. There is good parking facility There is no swimming pool There is vast area in front of this home stay There is strong security system is available. Bed sheets are very clear and colorful. There is good water supply in this home stay. Foods are very healthy and tasty. I request to all of you please visit The Shade Munnar and enjoyed a lot.

This was my first home stay and it s very nice. The location far away from Munnar town but who need calm location this is best. Food available from the host need to inform early so they can prepare for you. Host very friendly and helped to explore Munnar. Need car to go around Munnar from here.

The home stay was good to stay with family. Munnar is cold place and hill area. Home stay is at best location near to tourist place. The food is average, services are quick and good. Overall, the Homestay is average and with reasonable rate. This is the best home stay with such services.

With my school friends. we had planned a trip to Munnar. For the stay, we chooses home stay the Shade for 2 days stay. We had a wonderful experience in that trip and the stay in the home stay. Room facilities are awesome and service also. So good. They arranged guides to help us and made our trip a more pleasant one.
