Dear shiv grand management, it was all about the last stay at the hotel on 26. 01. 2025 and it was not a pleasant one off course, below are highlights cleanliness issues: "the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival; there were remnants of previous guests and the bathroom was unsanitary" noise levels: "the noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway was disruptive throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep" staff attitude: "the staff were unhelpful and in the restaurant no body was came to me for taking the order for a long time, i had to leave without food. Wi-fi problems: "the wi-fi connection was poor and often dropped, making it hard to work and stay connected" maintenance issues: "there were several maintenance issues in the room, such as a leaking faucet and flickering lights, that were not addressed during our stay" value for money: "i felt the hotel did not provide good value for the price, considering the lack of basic amenities and services"

Hotel is good, neat and clean. Staff is supportive and excellent service.

Some rooms are old and dirty. Roadside facing room good avoid back side room staying near to railway station

Bad service at all. Even if i have requested them for water/towel/room cleaning they have taken more than 2 hrs to complete these requirements, bad stay overall.

Staff, food & service was impressive. Property, even after renovations looks dark and gloomy. Mg-mt might know what’s wrong. If not addressed, there’s no coming back. God bless shiv group

Location is very good to reach and we have everything like restaurants, shops etc within walking distance. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food at the restaurant for dinner was quite good. Choice for breakfast is tempting with local touch. Overall experience of check in and check out is also good.

I stayed there for a weekend. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The food and service is very good. Its safe and secure since as a girl traveling alone i have sometimes faced some hotels which act a bit shady. This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first one

Rooms are well ventilated & well maintained. Staff is very polite & well receiving. Located on main road & access is very good

the room was clean, bedsheets were very clean.. the bathroom too was in very good condition. overall very good .. only thing is they need to improve in room service. they take very long to deliver once we asked for something.

All the staff were cooperative and soft spoken, even without the electricity in whole city of gandhidham, they planned and arranged the genetic with proper time management.
