Amazing service at the Silverador resort club, Food was tasty and fresh too! Everyone is ready to help whether it be watchman or waiter at the restaurant

Rooms were not at all worth the price. lot of problems in the room ( kettle was not working, Comod flap was not fit). Restrictions were given in the pool area ( wear nylon clothes). I don't think people coming for fun should have such restrictions apart from few which were genuine. Room Service was very very poor . I have to call thrice within an hour just for a glass. No communication among the staff. Food was apparently good, ( Quantity and Quality vice). Overal experience was ok not upto the mark and considering the service and room quality prices should be less. I paid 4k for two people. It should have been till 2k.

We have booked 4 Rooms in total which were Jade Rooms with MAP services and room quality is very bad, No Proper Beds,spring out of the bed, No Cleanliness in rooms. At 1.30 am they are making us change to the room now. Only food is good here.They are showing Jade Suite Photos in the Jade Room and this has created a very bad experience for my family. Also we also checked with the reception and confirmed the case. They gave a pricing for the room was totally shocking. We Booked this so-called 3 Star Property for On MMT which is very high This is just like a Scam. This all has made our trip a really bad experience, I strongly urge you to give Full Refund for the overall experience as compensation and also we were asked to pay For Our Pet Dog, which is not mentioned in the policies anywhere about the charges Property is not at all maintained and there is very bad services in literally all things. It is 1.38 am now, I'm writing you this email to just ensure that I want to clear it right away during this stay.

Food was very good , the room service was quick . Rooms were clean but not upto date. Broken door locks . Bathroom taps were not working . Window Roller blinds were not functional . Bathrooms in jade room had a frosted glass wall, it was visible from outside . It didn't have roller blind oves. overall cost effective but need regular maintenance and check of rooms. Food was very good , the room service was quick .

Food was good,hygiene was maintain, location was friendly, but stay was not a good experience my rooms air conditioner was not working the whole night which i didn't like

Lcation is good. Resort is safe. Servicing was good, specially Uday ji came on time and served the food fresh in the room. He was sweet and polite. Complimentary Breakfast spread was good. Pool area is fun. Over all it was pleasant time. Only 1 con - cleanliness was not upto the expectations and small part of bathroom slab fell, nothing major concerning safety. Overall it was very good and satisfactory experience.

First and foremost things went unpleasant when the reception area was stinking badly. There's a garbage dump nearby due to which the common areas always keep smelling. The rooms are spacious but needs renovation, there were holes on bedsheets, the matteresses were untidy, there were cockroaches in room, the wallpapers was teared off at some areas, tiles in washrooms were somwhere broke. Food ordered as A-la-carte was good, had north Indian which was on the mark. The complimentary breakfast was average, though the live counter was good and only 1 of the dishes from spread was proper. Rest there were 3 pre prepared meals which were below average. The only good part here was the rooftop pool area, they play some light music serve beverages there and the atmosphere turns pretty good in the late evening. Overall not a recommended place at this high budget.

The food and the service you are provided, it’s absolutely great. I will definitely suggest this property next time for my friends and family. Also room a very neat and clean and very good view. From window food quantity, and quality, both are great. Just backdrop is there is lot of chlorine in swimming pool water. That’s it.

The initial place I booked was rigged in the picture and the actual property was not even close to what was presented on the app. We changed it offline to a Deluxe property however i over paid for that stay. Additionally, The rooms were not maintained and the pools were unclean

The room was dirty. The tap on the washroom was broken. The phone in the room didn't work has to get it replaced. The food not upto the mark

Property is very small and can be preferred for only stay nothing much to do for small kids apart from pull. The food was not that great pretty average. The room which i selected was pretty good and clean. I will not choose to visit again.

Property is good but the room quality is pathetic. They haven't maintained their toiletries, taps are not working properly, holes in curtains, bedsheets, door hinges not working. The room was very bad..

Very bad experience at Golden chariot Vasai hotel. Light was getting switch off every time. I checked in after 2pm , by 5.30pm Lights was going on/off nearly 10times. swimming pool was very dirty, I will surely never come back to this hotel.

Couple of great things Food is excellent Pool facility is good Bad experiences Need room renovation as the place is old . There was a constant stench in the room despite spraying room freshener few times . Not sure about the source Also, there was some party allowed to continue till late night with loud music

Food was excellent but they close kitchen by 11 and do not provide any option further for guests Amenities can be improved Quality of room and overall quality of resort has lot of room to improve along with more cleanliness

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel room.We had a Jade room booked which was clean and well maintained.The food and service was really good. All the amenities mentioned were given.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a dirty room. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room had not been properly cleaned, with dust and dirt visible on the furniture and floors. The bathroom was also not clean, with hair and soap scum left behind.
