We had some trouble in our Air Conditioner and Faizal shifted us to a new room immediately. He also checked up on us regularly if we needed anything. He was very very helpful to me and my family which makes this property the most recommended The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven by me in Dwarka. Very clean place, tidy room, decent amd courteous staff. The place is just 500 mtrs from dwarka station. Well maintained. I loved the stay. Free wifi, hot water, handwash, towels, ac at a reasonable affordable rates. The bed is super comfortable, so when you tired touring the site seeing you will wake up fresh. Quick response and quick service. The restroom basin was a bit unclean. I believe they should move the check in/out time from 13:00 - 11:00 to 10:00 - 09:00. Overall super nice place to stay. Staff is very courteous and helpful

Room was very spacious and full of all basic amenities. They allowed us early check in and late check out without asking any extra charges. Best suitable for families and couples. Lift and power back up is also available. Majority of all channels are working in the tv. And the main plus point is the cleanliness of room as well as bathroom. I loved this The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven in every aspect. Overall fabulous and fantastic stay it was.

I would suggest to stay in this property if you are going with your family or as a couple. Staffs are very humble and cooperative. Location is the advantage and water is not like salty water like other The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heavens and getting 24 hours hot water with sufficient flow. Parking facilities and food facilities also there. One of the best family and couple friendly The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven.

Wonderful place to stay, neat clean super comfy rooms. You get the feel of luxury as soon as you enter the rooms. They keep the guests well pampered and they go the extra mile to make sure the guests are happy. True indian hospitality, not like other foreign brands of five stars where discrimination shows. Will always prefer a heaven branded The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven for the respect shown to us indians.

They provide good facilities. Ambiance was also good. Room was cleaned but soap, shampoo, body wash was not available in washroom so if they provided that would be great. And one morw thing which we had to face is the room telephone is not working to ask anything which we need and help. Otherwise overall good!

I really appreciate staff of this property because they are very kind and helpful. Room and washroom are very neat and clean hygienic. Location are very good neat by rly station and temple of dwarikadhish is only 1km. I recommend this The Sky Comfort - Hotel The Heaven to everyone.
