The Source at Sula

I had travel-led to sula nashik for the weekend to celebrate my birthday - and it was the best decision to that! we stayed at the source in the treehouse room for two nights (though i now wish we had stayed longer. The property was beautiful, the hospitality was impeccable, the food was delicious and everything at sula vineyards was so well thought out. The rooms were clean and well maintained, there are tons of activities to do at the property (pickle ball wine taste and tour/ cycling/ gym/ game room spa/ jacuzzi, to name a few) along with ad-hoc activities like cooking classes! there are 3 restaurants within the property with amazing food (especially la bodega) plus a wide range of wines to pair with different food items. Anant (in guest relations) was extremely helpful. Even before we reached the property, he was prompt to address our many questions. Upon our arrival, he was kind enough to arrange an early check-in for us, gave us a tour of the resort, provided us with great recommendations for things to do and basically helped us plan our days there. We were also delighted by the amazing hospitality, kind nature and prompt service by mayur, ramesh and uttam (along with the rest of the staff. Everybody was so thoughtful, sweet and it was a pleasure interacting with each and everyone there! also, a shout-out to chef karan who took our cooking class - he was extremely knowledgeable and taught us how to make a couple of delicious and exotic salads! all in all, our trip to sula vineyards was wholesome and relaxing to say the least. Many thanks to the whole team for the wonderful experience! can’t wait to go back.

It’s a good nice vast property. We had booked a treehouse (felt a little cheated because there was hardly any view - in the photos, they show the view of the vineyard - but reception told us that’s only house #1 and not all; unseasonal rain made it worse as there was lots of disturbance due to rain on the wooden roof & storm also made doors and windows make noise. Asked for room change and thankfully they had one available and we were given another room. The room was nice and spacious and looked well maintained and very new. Also happy to see sustainable practices in use (eg: wooden toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo in dispensers, water in glass bottles etc; staff is very helpful and courteous. In fact, the staff handling the golf cart (satish, i think his name is) was very helpful and even gave us his number to call for return pick up from the rasa restaurant post dinner. Food is brilliant in both restaurants - we had tex mex potatoes and a veg pizza in rasa - absolutely wonderful. La bodega is the restaurant inside “source” and open only to residents - we had the day’s special for 2 meals and also our breakfast there. It was superb! mayur and pranali were exceptional and took great care of us. The wine tour & tasting was average - short and sweet. Team sula, well done and keep it up! from the initial treehouse allotment, this could have turned into a bitter experience but the team salvaged it really really well! would definitely love to go back.

Absolutely lovely stay at the source at sula! visited in july 2024 for our second wedding anniversary and this turned out to be the best decision. Perfect mix of slowed down luxurious stay and fun activities to do at the same time. Activities like the pool, winery tour and tasting experience, vineyard exploring, cycling, spa and indoor games will keep you engaged and if you wish to just relax then grab a book from the front desk and chill at your balcony or the quaint canopy setup in the middle of the vineyard. We tried all three restaurants for our meals but loved 'la bodega' the most. Superior taste and service sets it apart from others. Great hospitality by ashwin and a lice at the restaurant made it all the more delightful experience. Would 100% recommend. Few pointers for improvement though - (1) the jacuzzi wasn't clean and was broken. (2) even though uber cab drop to the resort was allowed, the policy of not allowing uber/ola cabs to come in for pickup forces the guest to book the return cab to the city/railway station at inflated prices via the resort only which isn't fair.

I recently stayed at the source at sula and, overall, it was a refreshing and good experience. Peaceful and serene with a lot of lush greenery. Pros: the place has a great ambience. The room was spacious, bathrooms good and clean, big balcony and view of the wine-yard and small hills was breathtaking. Activities like the pool, winery tour and tasting experience, vineyard exploring, cycling, indoor games will keep you engaged. The amenities were excellent, and the staff was generally courteous. Beautiful winery with great food and wine quality. . Cons: the food menu is limited and needs an upgrade. The restaurant la bodega was our place to go for lunch and dinner. It is on the property itself. Breakfast buffet is satisfactory, could definitely add some more local delicacies which were missing and also add some more non - veg items. The jacuzzi was not functional and was not clean.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at source at sula, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The serene beauty of the location, coupled with the peaceful ambiance, made our stay incredibly relaxing and memorable. A huge thank you to the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Pawan, mayur, george, anantha, chef riya, pranav (for the amazing chai, kirti, ashwini, somnath (for impeccable housekeeping, and sandeep, your dedication and hospitality truly stood out. We are sure we might have missed out on a few names, but there were many more wonderful individuals who contributed to making our stay so pleasant. We highly recommend source at sula for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful retreat amid-st beautiful surroundings. Thank you once again to everyone who made our stay so special. Although the property is mainly meant for couples even those traveling with families will enjoy. All pools are temperature controlled and they have a hot tub. Rooms are very spacious with a spacious balcony. You get a complimentary wine bottle with every room. Wine tour and tasting is complimentary. You'll enjoy having a quiet time in the middle of the vineyard in the morning sipping on hot tea or coffee with cookies. The food is great. They have complimentary breakfast. You get extra 5% off at the bottle shop over and above their existing offers. Bathroom is very spacious and the toiletries are of good quality. They have huge king size beds for comfortable sleep. We stayed in a vintage room and it was a very comfortable and a relaxing experience.

Sula was a good experience to have and i would recommend people even not interested in wines to must pay a visit at least once. The wine tour and tasting was complimentary for all visitors staying at the source. I recommend going in the first quarter of the year as that is off season and the weather is lovely. The in house restaurant la bodega was extremely good and exceeded my expectations. The staff was super cordial and helpful which makes the overall experience that much better. The only spec in the ointment was the less equipped room. If anyone is paying 5 star money per night, they would expect room slippers, better room lighting and bit more cleanliness. Still, this was small stuff and not a deal breaker for me.

Our only regret is that we did not make it a two days stay instead of one, or more maybe. This was our first time staying there and we were extremely pleased. The hospitality was stupendous. Three cheers for shivani, our tour guide, for a fantastic job of a very detailed educational tour and tasting of wines and for mayur, at la bodega, for suggesting the best cuisines and providing a great service. We were very happy with the food that la bodega had to offer. I hope that the next time we visit, we can use the jacuzzi as well as experience the grape harvesting, which i believe happens between jean and march. Brilliant experience, please keep it up and improvise if there is a scope for it.

The stay at Sula the Source was amazing, we enjoyed the live music there , the wine tour and tasting , the jacuzzi and pool were heated and the overall ambiance of the place . The staff was really welcoming , specially Harshali , At spa we had the most amazing services … i will highly recommend if you wish to go and relax on a weekend 😃

Property was awesome. Greenery at its best. Food options are too less. Amenities & service was also excellent.

Property offers so many things, courteous-staff, good amenities, we stayed in treehouse, according to cost of the stay, the experience could have been be better.

The source at sula resort is very different from other resort for beautiful, lovely staff, delicious foods, winery demo. Stay is very comfortable for us. We love to stay again.

Came here to celebrate my wife's birthday. Very beautiful place close to nature and staff is very friendly. Perfect place to relax and forget all worries of the life.

Had an amazing stay at the source. The staff was extremely helpful, lalit helped us with our luggage and baggie service. The ambience was relaxing and cycling in the vineyards during sunset time was a cherry on the cake. Breakfast buffet is to die for!

The source at sula is superb experience. Rooms are spacious with fantastic ambience. Worth spending once for such stay. You get complimentary wine bottle along with tour n testing as part of room stay. I was expecting little italy restaurant but now they have changed to rasa as internal. Here chairs and seating arrangement can be better. Pizza was ok compared to expectation. Menu on breakfast can be improved for count of items and time to deliver. In general fully enjoyed.

Beautiful property and excellent stay, nice vibes all around. Service was quite good. Had a pleasant time and enjoyed our stay and will visit again. More food choices would be good to have. Biryani needs improvement.
