The hotel is not providing mineral water and the breakfast also has no choice, single menu. Further step mother treatment for online booking. Different rules for online booking guests.

We stayed at SSLR for 2 nights. If you are looking for decent rooms for relaxing at night after a day full of roaming around this could be a good place. Pros- Good spacious rooms, cleanliness, friendly staff and food at their restaurant is good. Cons- Approach road to this place is in poor condition (oct 25) which increases the travel time to sites from here. Food & taste at their restaurant is good but it seems to be under staffed, you may have to wait for as long as 45- 60 min after placing an order.

In those rooms the bedsheet and towel are not washed properly and the restaurant staff is not good . When we order the food they are not responding properly. In. The morning breakfast also took a long time .

Very Bad Experience with SSLR Residency

The SSLR Residency gave me a very bad experience. The room wasn't clean, the toilet mat was very ugly and there was a bad smell from the toilet. The bathroom light wasn't working, and the AC didn't work at midnight. I ordered food, and they just left the food in the room without covering it. They don't even have the common sense to cover the food. The next day, after vacating the room, I had already paid the full amount on MakeMyTrip, including the food I had ordered. But after I left, a hotel executive called and asked for an extra amount. They are making false commitments. They said breakfast was free in the morning, but when I went to ask for it, they said no. This SSLR hotel is very distressing. Please don't suggest MakeMyTrip to anyone; they will spoil your name."

Hotel is located in between slum area. Not accessible easily. Rooms are not maintained properly. Bathroom is not properly maintained. No toiletry kit provided. Ac, tv not working properly.
