The Summit Chennai

Pros: Courteous staff willing to go the extra mile to service even at close to midnight hours. Well maintained property. Location and accessibility is a big plus. Decent options for breakfast as with any service apartments. Cons: Minor breakages disrupting the stay (broken geyser, master switch issues in the room, etc. attended by the staff immediately upon notice). Minimal supplies for morning beverage options (supplies for coffee/tea etc. had to be specifically asked for). Lack of coordination between housekeeping and reception (replenishment of towels, bathroom supplies for less number of occupants off course attended immediately upon intimation).

The place is between The OFC and consulate, 15 minutes to either. The breakfast is free but you will have to let, the The Summit Chennai staff know ahead. I stayed in a bed room-bath attached room inside a 2 BHK apartment. The place is kept clean. The bathroom has bath soap, shampoo, hair oil, talc and towels. You will have to being toothbrush and toothpaste. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were a family of 4 and took the entire apartment for a day. The rooms and bathrooms are really spacious and neat. We had to check out early and they couldn't provide us early breakfast. Other than that everything was great. The flat is very well located as we. Overall a very good experience.

Had stayed for one day and the stay was good. Staff were supportive and the room was tidy and clean. Only complaint was the cable TV got very less non Tamil channels and it is good if the coverage is improved. I would say overall it is very good stay and worth for money.

Perfect for my visa appointment. Walking distance from both The consulate and biometrics. Clean and comfortable rooms although there was some dirt under The bed so sweeping isn't as thorough as it should be. All in all an excellent time.

We went for US visa interview, both biometric center and VAC is in walkable distance. Service also very good. Breakfast is the only issue. Only idly is provided and that too not so great quality. otherwise, all are excellent.

Execept few things, it's very good place to stay. Nice location. Nice rooms. Nice staff. I didn't get time to have breakfast to comment. Overall it's a good stay option in that location. Value for money.

It was really very nice room. Cozy. Clean. Maintained. Service is also up to The mark. The area of The apartment is also calm and far from City traffic and pollution. Overall very good experience.

Staff was cordial, location is strategic. Early check-in is allowed in case needed. Improvement ac was not working properly, towels was not cleaned.

As very close to us consulate, it was very convenient (walking distance). It's better to start breakfast timing from 7 am instead of 8:30 am. The front office boy was very courteous and helpful.

Rooms were neat and clean. People who visits for us consulate can consider this.

The location is ideal for us visa and bio metrics. The staff, particularly The manager are very courteous and outgoing. There can be improvement in housekeeping and crockery and cutlery.

Had a fabulous time at The The Summit Chennai. However they should look at options on tv.
