the location of the property is really great because it is just 40-50 meters inside from the main road, nearby landmark is Neeljyoti Travels office. the cleanliness and environment inside is okayish but there will be no towels or any toiletries coz they don't provide anything like that even though it is mentioned in their property rules and amenities available on MMT app and website. you can contact them but they are not going to pick up your calls other than that, my overall experience of staying here was good and especially one more point of comfort is that there is a lift to reach their flat so if you're traveling with more luggage then you're not gonna have much trouble with the luggage. rooms are spacious and living room is good, not enough utensils in the kitchen but other options like as free wifi and tv otts are good enough for the entertainment

The stay and host was really good. Just a few things could be much better in future according to the price. A bit more amenities can be added for better experience. Room & washroom was clean. The property is in good locality. It was a nice cozy stay.

Both deluxe and standard rooms are too small and overall have issues of hygiene. The entrance, stairs are too dirty. Rooms amenities are sufficient, good service from the bell boy. Food is ok but again, need to clean up properly. Location is at centre of police bazar. 4

I had stayed in lakeview apartments, agartala for 3 days in feb 2024. There was no water available in the washroom and i had to go to a nearby restaurant for the sole purpose. I had to go on for the day without taking a bath as the issue was resolved quite late. Even simple requirements like mug were not provided and had to contact the owner for each and every thing. There were no chairs provided in the dining table area. The positive thing is the room is spacious and wi-fi is good.

Terrible experience. Such a pathetic service. For 2 minute work they made us wait for 4 hours

The owner is a good person but he is not available all the time as he might be busy with his job. According to the rate, the room is decent. Since it's a homestay, we can't expect hotel like facilities. No geyser in the room. The owner should hire someone to run the homestay so that someone is always there to hear you.

Room is not clean. Hot water not coming. Beddings are very dirty. Noone is there at the premises to take care.

Hassle free stay. Little things could improve though. Worth for the price. The owner was kind throughout.

The place is really good. The area is nearby a lake and the apartment itself is very clean and quiet. The owner was quite friendly and polite, loved my stay there and would love to visit there again sometime.

Fully independent, free and open. No any restrictions. We filled like our own apartment. Very clean rooms, available areas.
