Property ambience is good but service and maintenance of infrastructure is pathetic. Rooms are stinky. Electric shock in taps . AC not working . It may a good choice for corporate functions and school excursions but not for family stay .

While the amenities and ambiance at udai bagh were commendable, the food service left much to be desired. The slow delivery, inconsistent quality, and lack of variety were significant downsides. If the food service is improved, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Excellent experience. The stay was amazing. Food quality and service was superb. The rooms had a great view. Mr. Devendra singh (the manager) was so polite and friendly and fulfilled our all needs and took care of any smallest issue raised. Once you check-in, you must meet him for your better stay.

Poor Stay

businessThis hotel is very far away from city and secluded. Room inside looks fine but i have never seen such worst service anywhere. Ordered dinner and after 1 hour the room service tells me lame excuse and says no food. I had to sleep hungry. Geyser in bathroom did nor work. Waited for 1 hour for them to rectify but to no avail. I have asked them to send a bucket of hot water. Even thst could not be arranged by them. I had to take shower with ice cold water as i had to rush to airport. Over all it was a blunder we booked this hotel

Very isolated hotel

The hotel is very far from city. It is at a very isolated place. No cab is willing to go there. There is bug in the system. This hotel is shown near ramada whereas actually it 22 km away.

The property is huge and well built. There weren't any toiletries when we first entered the room, the intercom wasn't working we had to go to the reception late in the night. Breakfast was below average. This place is for events like weddings and large gatherings only, not for individuals visiting and expecting great hospitality. Disappointed.
