Hi. The Ummed is a little bit far from the city. The road leading to it is very bad and so getting a taxi is very difficult. We arrived late and found not a single security - neither at the main entrance nor at the entrance of the hotel. The infrastructure of the hotel is Ok. Breakfast is not very impressive.

the hotel is nice but little far from main jodhpur town. road to the hotel is terrible. contrary to my booking of garden facing they provided me room with large back side field facing. upon raising the issue they changed the room. the bathroom was very average. food was good. staffs were though courteous but in breakfast the staff were unconcerned about any request made

Property is located far in the sense resedential area. Name of property is confusing woth ummed bhavan palace. No vallet parking facilities available....Are in which property is located there was ongoing drainage line work which was mess to reach over there .... The property itself has very new construction which was very nice and having very very young staff...Rooms are good and food was acceptable

A pleasant stay but with disappointments

Extremely remote location, but very picturesque premises. An apt place for destination weddings and event parties but amenities not up to the mark. Spa in the Hotel Name but Spa wasn't operational. The Upper Floor Rooms too weren't operational, the Game Room wasn't fully operational, and even the WI-FI stopped functioning after just one night. Maybe that's why I received a message for Feedback Review within an hour of Checking in the Hotel. The hotel seemed to be in a constrained budget as you'll be provided with items only after you specifically ask for it. I've never written with such negativity before but I really had very high expectations from the Hotel and I was utterly disappointed. If you are NOT FULLY OPERATIONAL, then why invite guests to your hotel, displaying beautiful pictures of a Fully Functional Hotel? The Ummed Jodhpur Palace Resort surely needs some introspection.

Location and surroundings are not that great. Hotel itself is really beautiful. Rooms are good. Food was also good. But need proper housekeeping and maintainance. Lift was not working since we entered and room was also not prepere even after check in.

Quite comfortable but room service response should have been better,---it was slow. Also please make your cancellation policy more flexible.,in case of real emergency. We wanted to check one day one day prior to our planned check out due to some emergency. Our request for that was rejected by Make my trip team as well as by the hotel staff. That is unfair. We checked out one day earlier &did not get any refund for that.

not a 5 star property.. ita actually a 3 star ... no maintanence... overpriced uncooked food . spiders in room... dirty n smelly carpet.. charging 500 per person for snooker with the mix ball of pool n snooker
