THE URBAN STAYS

Location was near to my office. Food was fine, bed was not comfortable. I could feel the mattress springs on my back. I understand this a budget hotel but bed needs to be comfortable.

Very clean n good hotel, comfortable and pleasant staff overall stay was very rewarding

Breakfast bogus, celling fan regulator properly not work, bathroom cloth hanger missing, tooth paste missing overall very poor hotel i. E. Not a 3 star hotel.

The room is totally different what they are showing in images and websites, everyday they serve same breakfast, i asked them to clean my room and they said we forgot it is very bad experience

Locality and reception was good. However, cleanliness and maintenance have to be improved. First issue is that we were given a room which had strong cigerette smell and few hair strands on the bed. On complaining about the same, we have been shifted to another room. Second issue is the lift - as someone didn't close the lift doors on one floor, it was not working for a long time. Thirdly the wifi connectivity was fluctuating a bit. Coming to the good points, the room service, the aesthetics and the calm ambience are nice.

Hotel is located in a great area. Staff is doing a good job. No stay facility for drivers however they have parking space. At this price, buffet breakfast is also decent enough. Try to take executive room over classic room.

Makemytrip suggested this hotel which was nearby to my work location in hyderabad. The hotel room is neat and clean. Services provided by the hotel are as per the expectations. Complimentary breakfast is very hygienic, healthy and tasty. Thanks to makemytrip.

The AC is broken and there is a weird smell in the room. The staff that work in the hostel are good and cook well 👍

I find this room by searching in google and am so happy that peddammathalli temple is beside this urban stays and the ambience of the urbanstays really good and happy day for guests

Very bad experience this time. Check in time they provide wrong room after complaint to front office room changed but intercom is not working to all my stays there. Not proper services in short if say.

The property is located in very prime location. The rooms are well maintained and staff is very friendly. At this prime location difficult to find the budget stay hotel but urban stays is a very budget friendly. Complimentary breakfast is with limited items but worthy.

Not a good hotel to stay. Service is very poor. Did not attend for tv complaint, not provided soap. Toilet basin was not clean, jet was not working.

Uncooperative staff
