Hotel in a very pathetic condition. Dirty. Will never recommend to anyone. I did not take any pics. My booking was non refundable. So i had no choice. Never recommend this hotel to anyone please. Such a scam. In this price range there are lot of good hotels in siliguri

Vegabound inn is not like the pictures- perhaps the day it opened it looked like that but it’s gone down a long way since. The location is decent (in the mall) and on the highway but the directions to it are incorrect, and it’s a small struggle to reach without any signage etc. The overall hotel and room had smell of dampness, the lights barely worked, as did the ‘hot’ water. Every table surface was a little sticky and in general, the hotel looked unkempt. A disappointing stay, have had better experiences for hotels in this price range.

it was nice at reception & general arrangements. only inside room light 🚨 was not sufficient for study or work in laptop.

Hotel located in the prime mall - vega mall siliguri. Was on a biz trip n had work in roots located on 5th fl r of the same building. So very convenient for me. Rooms are ok with clean linen. Staff were good. Food is good. They arrange. Nevertheless many food joints including classy ones r there in the mall. Hotel should do some maintenance, to make it look even more inviting!

Worst experience washrooms were not clean properly they provide the room saying all of the rooms are occupied and provide us one room which was not clean properly. I book online to get a nice clean room in advance but worst case

Best location. Just above vega circle mall. Very convenient n comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Hotel could be cleaner and better maintained

The location and price of the hotel is good but there are a few things that are in need of improvement. The bedsheets are a bit dirty and the rooms and the sofa also need an upgrade. The bathroom has a particular smell and the water in the bathroom is very bad. It is brownish in colour and the bucket in the bathroom needs replacement. The staff is very nice and cordial and are prompt in their service. Overall the hotel can upgrade itself and increase its price. But also it’s not possible to get a room this cheap with such a good location in siliguri elsewhere, so i would rate the experience as average. Also the toilet is prone to blockage, it has happened twice to me already

Location is very good and all staff is polite. Moreover their is a food court on 4th floor where we can get good food.
