I recently stayed at the westin kolkata rajarhat and had an exceptional experience! from the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure i felt welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and the stunning view of the city skyline. The amenities provided were top-notch, including the high-speed internet, which was a big plus for me. Dining at the THE WESTIN KOLKATA RAJARHAT was an absolute delight. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety of delicious options, catering to both local and international tastes. My husband and i stayed at the property for 4 days and 3 nights. We got our room on 26th floor and the view from that room was amazing. Biswa bangla and e co park were clearly visible. On the 3rd floor, there’s a swimming pool which was around 4 ft, perfect for almost everyone. It was visibly and timely inspection was being done. Our stay included breakfast which was super delicious. You’ll get something for everyone like they serve many regional foods like south indian, north indian, chinese, vegetarian, non- vegetarian, vegan, fresh fruits, juices, deserts, beverages. You’ll love the breakfast like we did. It was a perfect buffet. Once we tried mutton biryani at dinner ( not recommended but the chef was head over heels for we didn’t like that dish so it’s okay. Otherwise it was all good. We shall visit again when we go there. What i liked there were a few staffs’ behaviour and body language, they had a smiling face which i prefer to see. You feel good when you see happy faces. And that’s what makes such stays different from common THE WESTIN KOLKATA RAJARHATs. One can order food from outside as well, you just need to receive it yourselves. Also, one should be mindful about cleanliness of the property too.

I thank the staff for their genuine care to make our stay comfortable. I specially thank sujoy, shubham, sudakshina, tit-hi, rajesh and the staff at nori, and all others who were so warm and caring. I thank mr jain for providing me a better room as the room initially allotted was small and uncomfortable for us. The food variety is good and thanks for the staff at the breakfast buffet who were so responsive to our requests. Location is close to e co park and good for going for a walk or jog. The housekeeping is good and the electrician, apologies for forgetting his name, was so prompt and went out of his way to help in correct placing of the bed, away from the washroom entrance. A special attraction in westin is the bathtub provided in all room categories which raises the THE WESTIN KOLKATA RAJARHAT in its standard. Overall comfortable stay. Shall visit again. Keep it up.

• Buffet was awesome. Few dishes served during breakfast were worth the price like khichuri ( it was the most delicious one for me ), poha, idli sambhar with chutneys, dosa, stuffed paranthas, deserts, fresh fruits, juices and many more. The ones that I named were super tasty as per my taste buds. • Had mutton biryani at dinner time ( found it disastrous, I mean when you’re in Kolkata you can’t be disappointed about biryani like it’s heartbreaking) • Amenities were good. You’ll get good service provided there. Weekend was a rush time perhaps that is why I found the service to be a little slower. • Laundry service and room service are fast. • Enjoyed an amazing time at pool. • Took service from salon too which was nice.

Westin rooms & bathrooms are really good. Stay was comfortable. However, their in-dining service can improve. Nobody responded to calls twice (full ring) and the caesars salad was poorly made. Buffets are upto mark. Breakfast is one of the best especially the sweet section.

Westin, rajarhat, kolkata located at a very nice location with greenery everywhere, if you want to stay near to the airport then westin is the place to choose but kolkata city is slightly away from the property but app cabs are available round the clock. Rooms are pretty big as usual, food is also good. I have visited nor i restaurant at 31st floor with my family, food was delicious. I will recommend this place to others.

Great service, yummy good with so much variety in buffet. Rooms are very cosy and stylish which offers bathtub and a great view.

Everything seems special about this property. The location is very convenient from the airport, well connected to the newt-own and salt-lake area. The restaurants are awesome. Room service is excellent. The views from the room are fabulous. Overall the best property in kolkata.

Such a awsm experience had. Only smart tv missing in room which need to be change immediately. Rest all good.

Hotel is very nice. Especially room. It's very spacious. It has a bath tub too. It's pretty clean and big. Staffs are very courteous. Just one problem, house keeping service is little slow. Food is not that great. Overall decent nice stay

The stay was amazing. The room, the view pool bath tub everything was nice l, unless that is lost my shades near the swimming pool area. I asked the staff about it and they just said nothing found. They did-not even bother to search it properly. This huge property and this people are least bothered to take responsibility of a lost product.

Location is a bit far away but service and food is just awesome. Dessert section is too good. Food price is bit high
