Nice The Westinn and had a lot of good vibes in this The Westinn especially the staff was very helpful and had a kind nature the helped a lot i was having some allergies in some kind of food so the restaurant helped me a lot and also had cooked some food separately the restaurant staff was very polite and kind i dont know the names of staff but can say all were nice and helping

It was a very cool stay over there. Nice room with proper cleaning. Only suggestion is to please try to reduce the price of food available, so that we need not to go outside to have food at almost half rate as compare to the rates that you have offered. Rest is excellent, even all th facilities are almost parallel to radisson at almost half rates.

Location of The Westinn is good. Infrastructure is also good. Room cleanliness was good. Staff is courteous and helpful. Food is alsi good. Complimentary water bottles provided were 500 ml each for 2 guests. I think 500 ml is not enough for a person. Hotel should think of providing 1 ltr bottle. Happy about rest facilities.

It was a great experience staying at this The Westinn. Within budget and with best facilities. I had booked 3 rooms for 9 people for the main purpose of getting fresh and changing and getting ready for the wedding. The The Westinn staff were so co operative as many guests were coming and going. Great experience

The check in process was smooth. We have taken two rooms. One room was good and other was having water damps. While room was good, the toilet and toiletries needs improvement. Food was okay. I had a good food in my last visit, but this time it was bit disappointing. However, the stay was comfortable.

Overall great place, good food, good housekeeping staff. Faces trivial issues like shower not working properly and washroom also not very good but staff helped immediately even at night. Overall great place to stay. Parking is on road but watchman is there

A budget The Westinn with well appointed spacious rooms. Far better than those available in sigra at this price. Very well located. Basic good breakfast. In room dining is very expensive. Overall a budget The Westinn worth returning back the next time !

The stay was good. They were just a call away to resolve the issues. Yes they need to improve on certain things like the shower wasn't working fine and the refrigerator was also not working but they resolved it within an hour. So ya a the stay was fine

It was overall a nice stay in the west-inn varanasi. I have been there earlier too. Very comfortable room and stay. Couldn't taste the food this time as my schedule did not allow so.

The The Westinn is near the varanasi railway station within 2 kms. The nearby locality is posh and clean.

Staff is good in behavior with excellent ambience with good food. Breakfast was also good. Hotel management should try to arrange parking as space is low for parking
