The location of the property is amazing!! The rooms are premium and well maintained. The great part is the service and the staff. They are very well trained and well mannered! Great Hospitality! Had a wonderful stay!

Property is away from city and might be a bit hard to find but good for someone who is looking to enjoy a peaceful time. Food was good and staff polite. They also had a good in house theatre to watch movies with family/ friends

Room service was poor. As per booking i was entitled for 15%discount of meals. First the bill of meal was given without actual discount but showing on the bill. Later when i complained then the bill was corrected. The big minus was not having any staying facility for drivers of the guests.

The property is a few KMs from Dharmshala town. The rooms are beautiful, neat and clean, with good bathrooms. Food is quite nice too. Had a good time.

It was calm and beautiful place. Must come for leisure stay. The place got pool and spa. Must try....

Pathetic ..do to war like situation I coulnt come ..they offered alternate date booking and added another 7.5k to the bill...greedy people and pathetic management

1-3 rd May 2025 with family and kids. We opted for the duplex room which was very spacious and luxurious. the resort is very beautiful and we also enjoyed the personal theatre. the resort is far from the city. the breakfast was average with not many options and did not match the 5 star hotel standards. lifts not available for rooms

The hotel is located at a weird approach, taxis will drop you 500 meters away and not make the climb to the hotel. The grade is steep and ill-managed. Hotel staff turns a blind eye towards that. Rooms are good, spacious. Food is a disaster, same menu repeated over and over with different names. All family members caught a severe stomach infection with their food. Kids vomited all night after dinner. When reported, they had nothing to say. Apparantly the hotel is going through some management changes, and nonone cares. A trap, certainly NOT a 4 or 5 star.

We stayed at the Tiaraa Jujurana resort for 4 days and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, the view from the resort was great, and the staff made sure we had a nice experience throughout.

We booked luxury duplex suite on the top and believe me it has a mesmerising view ... excellently hospitality and ambience.... must visit once in a lifetime ... Services offered by Ms. Shreshtha , Mr. Sunil , Mr. Bablu were highly appreciated ... Keep it up guys Already mentioned
