It was great experience in this stay very comfortable and cozy place to stay

This was my 5th time staying here — I really like the property and the location, both are excellent and the overall facilities are good. However, I was quite disappointed with the breakfast arrangement this time. Although breakfast was included in my booking, I was only provided one paratha per person, and no proper variety or quantity. I even had to pay extra once, which felt unfair since I had already paid for breakfast at the time of booking.

The property and location were both nice, but the condition of the hotel rooms was disappointing. The AC was constantly leaking water inside the room, and the washroom was not properly cleaned.

Overall Experience was okay. The washroom was not clean and the taps were not working properly.

The stay was pleasant and comfortable. The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were smooth. While not luxurious, it offered good value for money. Ideal for a short trip or business visit. Would consider staying again in the future.

Manager abused and fought with us at 12 after he got drunked. After 2 time warning he still misbehaved and at last we have to leave the place asap. We’re not scared but we went there to enjoy not to fight. Hope the MMT will take relevant action.

As a female traveller, it was a nightmare. my train was 3 hrs late , I had received a call in evening from the owner/manager, I had informed clearly Abt being late by around 2 hrs. On reaching the property . there was not a sole in view .. all does chained n eiree , pitch dark.. shouting n calling out - koi hai , bhaiya .. The glass door chained locked, a side door open unmanned. Then after 15 min, i connected with mmt customer care, He called the propertythey connected n a sleepy head comes n by 2:30 midnight I get to enter my room. Out of 7 switch board, only 1 was working... I had to beg for water bottle. No toilet soap. In morning I. woke up n the whole building is empty, felt spooky .. Then after again mee n my driver shouting n calling out a person lazily .. I asked for tea or any breakfast , he said nothing is available before 9:30.... I just left.. The worst worst experience for me .

property's Location is Good. Food Was average. Geyser and TV was not working. Services were terrible, I'm sharing 2 instances: when I asked for water bottle at counter to send to my family, They told us pls pick and take by ur own we have a limited staff. when I did phonecall to manager for TV Remote, he asked me pls come to reception and take it, in our hotel we have limited staff. Towel, Soap and shampoo provided was already used by previous guests when I asked them to change soap and shampoo they told me unless it doesn't finished 100% we can't provide.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and easily accessible. The food served was fresh and delicious, especially the local dishes. I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with a booking issue I faced at [TLH HOSTELS] Booking Details: - Check-in: 12th April 2025 - Check-out: 13th April 2025 Upon arrival at the hotel around 12:49 AM, I was denied entry due to unavailability of rooms. Despite having a confirmed booking, the hotel staff claimed no rooms were available. This was distressing, and I was left without accommodation at a late hour. I request immediate assistance in: 1. Initiating a refund for the booking Amount 2. Investigating why the hotel accepted the booking despite no rooms being available 3. I also wants to all expenses born by me travel book to reach hostel place refund by TLH hostel otherwise I will take lagal action and mail mark to uttarakhand tourism. Given the inconvenience, I expect prompt resolution. Please let me know the next steps and timeline for the refund. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It was worth it!

It was a great experience riding with Zing Bus. The staff was really well dressed and with manners was helpful and with a pleasant personality .

All buses are ok .but blanket and sleeper shet is not clean

I had a very disappointing experience at the hotel. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with unclean walls and floors, and there was no water supply before 8 am, which was unacceptable. The bedroom was equally unkempt, contributing to an overall feeling of neglect. Main door of the room was not closing properly, blankets were unclean. Staff was not polite. Despite raising these issues with the staff, there was no immediate resolution offered, making my stay even more frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
