Good and silent ambience, awesome feel. Feel of good nature, calm.

In 36 hour stay i have change 3 rooms no hot water in tap, main door is not proper closing no wifi provided tv not working, room service not good and many more very bad experience. I request you before listing properties pols survey, from outside its looks good but inside its main you have to survey.

Excellent stay, clean rooms and friendly staffs. Enjoyed a lot.

Room is not clean

This property is new and easily accessible through google maps. It has the only rooftop restaurant in entire vagamon. The panaromic scenery from the property is breathtaking. The owner was kind enough to give us a free upgrade of the rooms. The apartment had two rooms with attached balcony and a dining hall. Vagamon has such beautiful landscapes and you can enjoy it straight from the rooms itself. The room are super windy and fresh. Bathroom space is small but manageable. The food served in the restaurant is limited since they prepare as per customer's request so all of the menu might not be available. Few items the chef couldn't understand because of language barrier so we ordered as per what he could provide best and we were satisfied. Gobi manchurian was finger licking good. Breakfast served had authentic kerala food and we enjoyed it. The restaurant has good speakers provided and you can play your choice of songs in it. The hotel also provides jeep safaris across major locations of vagamon and it is worth every penny. We had a gala time.

The room was not as i expected, wash room was not properly cleaned, room service and food overall cleanness and surrounding was below average. Expensive property not much worth. Staff behaviour, dressings cleanliness was below average. View from the property not much worth. No hot water. Oily and avg food

Nice stay, remote location but amenities are good

Stay was nice as hotel is situated at top of the hill so view from balcony is awesome, along with awesome view from roof top also. During our stay hotel restaurant was closed due to some renovation works, but nice and tasty food was arranged by hotel staff from outside. All in all stay at hotel was very good.

They will show you rooms which are not at all worth for the money which you have booked for. Later they shows good rooms and demand for additional 1000s. The staff will play all tricks to loot money from you.
