It was awful Location of the hotel is not updated properly . Water in bathroom is too much salty as similar to sea

Rooms were booked for triple occupancy and when we reached there no mattress were provided in our all 4 rooms we just got 2 mattresses! The rooms were not in good condition as well as toilets. The most irritating thing happened was the complimentary breakfast time so if you are planning to stay here confirm how will they serve you !! Door nobs were not there on the room doors, no locks in toilet doors, no intercoms in rooms to call reception. In short terrible stay !!

The hotel person shifted me to a near hotel name jalsa and didnt give the breakfast also very bad experience

My worst experience till date. I was denied check-in because the hotelier was not happy with the booking rates by mmt. After resolving the issue i was offered room somewhere else since the hotelier said they don't have room at that moment. I was confused that why did then they accepted the booking at the first instance. The room which they provided was shabby, dirty and under-construction. The walls were pealing off, a/c was leaking, found cigrate, beedi and ashes in bathroom and the bed was horrible. Woke up with backache.
