Tranquiland

Location of Tranquiland is breathtaking, surrounded by nature and away from the hustle-bustle of the town. The Staff is amazing, friendly, and hospitable, always ready to cater to the guests' needs. The Food & Dining is delicious, with authentic Tamil and Kerala cuisine. The Room is cozy and clean, with a rustic and pretty ambiance. However, some rooms lack cupboards and tables. The Cleanliness is well-maintained, but some rooms may have insects and flies. Overall, Tranquiland is a budget-friendly, peaceful, and homely property with an excellent view.

• Location

  The location of the property is the most highlighted feature by the guests. It is situated on top of a hill, surrounded by nature, away from the hustle-bustle of the town. Guests loved the scenic views from the property, and some even spotted wildlife nearby. The property is close enough to the tourist attractions, yet far enough to provide a peaceful and tranquil stay. Guests enjoyed short hikes and walks nearby, and some even witnessed beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The steep road leading to the property was a bit challenging, but the staff was helpful in parking the vehicles.

• Staff

  The staff of the property received high praise from the guests. They were friendly, hospitable, and professional. Guests appreciated their helpful nature and willingness to cater to their needs. The staff arranged for food from outside when the cook was not available, and also provided hot water on request. Guests enjoyed the campfire arranged by the staff in the evenings and appreciated their guidance to nearby viewpoints and trails. The staff's behavior, especially Akhil and Suja, was highly appreciated.

• Food & Dining

  The food and dining experience at the property was highly appreciated by the guests. Guests enjoyed the tasty Kerala-style food, which was homemade and authentic. The cook was not available during some stays, but the staff arranged for food from outside, which was also delicious. Guests found the food to be reasonably priced and enjoyed the variety. Some guests also appreciated the hot chai served by the staff.
