We had a comfortable stay with right from the beginning. We had guidance and excellent support in all aspects from the staff especially Propery manager Mr Anandan Suresh including follow-up immediate after booking confirmation on make my trip. Cleanliness is immaculate due to untiring efforts by house keeping staff (Chechi and party). Food (only breakfast is available) is homely and excellent. Excellent location with serene and peaceful ambience. Poperty is brand new, well furnished with high quality standards and is being maintained very well. Overall stay is more than value for money and we would like repeat the stay. Highly recommended for families. Good show by the entire team. Keep up the extraordinary work.

As this was my official trip, the location was very convenient for me, it was nearby my workplace, so I was happy with the location. And the overall stay was good. The staff service and the facilities were good. The breakfast was complimentary and that was also good. I will recommend this property surely.

The property was very decent and pleasant, but I think the price was quite high. There were so many properties available with the same facilities and services at less price. The facilities and the services do not reach up to the mark. The complimentary breakfast provided and that was very good in taste.

It was a good property for couple stay. Location was very nice. The property was clean. Facilities were good. Caretaker was good. I liked the room, it was comfortable and the view was nice from the room. I recommend this property to others.

Even though we checked-in late, we had no issues with regards to checking in and the stay was peaceful and worth the price. It's like you have a 1 BHK to yourself. It has all the necessary items including a washing machine.

As it's our first time in Cochin. Manager is kind hearted, friendly and helpful person. Cleaning of room and amenities was great. We are so much happy to stay there. I would like to go again. Thing specially manager.

Nice spacious 1 bhk apartments. Good parking area. Clean rooms and washroom. There is a refrigerator and some kitchen utensils.

Its a pleasant stay. Though we had some issues with the first room the manager was really helpful. Overall good stay.

No one was there in the front desk when we checked out. Had to wait sometime to deposit the key.
