The TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas facilities and grounds are well maintained and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. The free breakfast included with my stay was also excellent - traditional south indian buffet menu. There was a large screen lcd tv, for which i could not find the remote (i didn't have time to use it either. My only quibble is that there was no hot water in the TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas. Of course, it was so hot and humid in rameswaram in the end of december that i preferred the regular lukewarm tap water. I saw many families staying here with children and elderly parents, and i will stay here again if i return to rameswaram.

Booked 2 room for 3 days for 4 people. Pros: 1)ample amount of car parking. 2) rooms are big with all facility like ac, hot water. 3)lot of space inside property for walk, and for kids to play. 4)only 2. 5 km from temple, and lot of auto are available to go to temple from the TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas. Cons: 1) restaurant is there, but during my time lot of people. Was there and restaurant was not able to handle the crowd, for many people it took almost 1 hour to get the food 2)if you are staying for more than 1 day, then you need to ho and call service people everyday to clean and fill the water, they don't come by their own.

It was a very nice stay with family at ttdc‘s aalayam TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas. We booked a suite room for our family of 4 members. The TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas is located in a very convenient location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Checkin and checkout process was very smooth and didn't take any time at all. The complementary breakfast was good and tasty. Coffee/ tea was not included in the breakfast, for which we had to pay separately. The property is vast and quiet with ample parking space. Overall it was a very nice stay with family.

Rooms are basic but spacious. It's a huge property divided into 3 parts, family block, dormitory block and TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas block. There is a separate block for drivers. You can take walk in the evening or night. It's on the main road, so you don't have to worry about getting autos or buses. Bus stand is just 600-700 m from the TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas. If you are coming from madurai by bus, tell them to drop you at municipality toll or checkpoint. If you are not so particular about enjoying TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas amenities, this is the best option in budget.

The room booked was an executive room but was provided with a dormitory room for 6 people, no blankets were provided, no geyser was there in the room, no side table was available in the room, no cupboard available in room. Not worth for amount paid. Informed the same to mm t customer care, but no proper solution was provided. Other arrangements were not provided. Location of property is far of from the temple. If traveling by personal vehicle then it's fine to stay here, but for food no arrangements are available except the restaurant which opens on its timings. Breakfast was good

I like the TTDC Hotel Aalayam Rameshwaram Yatri Nivas alayam s location, room, food and their services. The location is very convenient for all sightseeing as the bus stop is very near, the room is big and spacious and good property, the food was tasty and the team were welcoming and helpful, lastly the service is good, people are kind and supportive. Thank you for the wonderful experience. I was traveling solo and felt safe and settled.

Alayam yatri nivas is a good staying option for pilgrims to rameshwaram who come as family. The rooms are spacious and the parking space is ample. It's situated 3kms from temple. The group stay options in 6 and 8 bed rooms are ideal for big groups. The vegetarian mess attached serves limited menu yet clean and decent food.

The rooms were very spacious, ample car parking space. Location is very good, kms away from temple but calmn, safe and serene. There is no variety for lunch and dinner in the veg restaurant. But breakfast is complimentary and is very good food.

Spacious room in lavish government resort. Food was very healthy. We (family of 3) went to stay for 1 night. We liked it very much and stayed for 3 nights. Beaches in dhanushkodi route are better than goa. Car drive from dhanushkodi to rameswaram at 6pm was mesmerizing

Being a semi government property it has it's own limitations to provide luxury. But the facilities available are far more than we expected. The services of the crew has to be improved.

Good to stay with family in budget. Service is also good. Restaurant has average service and medium taste. No hot water and tv facility.
