Udaya Hotel

I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was the highlight — just a short walk to the shore, which made it easy to enjoy the beach whenever I wanted. The place was comfortable and kept up well, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. If you’re looking for a spot close to the beach with a nice, easy vibe, this is a solid choice.

The hotel was excellent according to price, location, view.... It was a pleasant stay, the staff was good, rooms were clean and the room and balcony was very spacious even the washroom was way more spacious, and we had a great time...

Stay was good,lacked lot of amenities at that price range. Smell at Balcony was annoying. There was no TV in the room, no table kitchen. Not accessible by car had to walk.

This is not a family hotel, infact you can call it a lodge not hotel. There was no water in bathroom after we check in by 9PM. Over all hygiene is poor. Staff are supportive but they ca not do much as owners are some where else and they do not take care. Clear no to people looking for relaxing time in Kovlam.

Udaya hotel is very close to Kovalam beach and has a beautiful sea view room. Cons- No lift, no intercom, average maintenance of furniture in the room, tap water was not clean.

1. location is very much near from sea, room view was perfect. 2. staffs behaviour are excellent, everyone carries a smile which attracts you more 3. room and bathroom were specious enough for a family to use. 4. No food is available but can order from Swiggy, zomato as well. The manager was so good enough to collect the delivery for himself and deliver it to the room itself. 5. just have to focus on some cleaning and in case of the food management. if they can arrange food at the source itself, it can borrow more people from other hotel. Overall very good one. lovely people and lovely stay. please concern about uber and ola booking, as they will come for you but the locals doesnot allow the outsider.

The balcony view is awesome. The lighthouse and beach view are good from the room. Helpful staff. Online food delivery is available

Pathetic approach, you have to carry all your language for about 10 mts as it's off the main road. Very unclean. Cupboard had left over clothes and beer bottles, bathroom was very dirty. No TV. Unclean bed sheets and blankets. Overall I would rate the property 0 out of 10

Given the prices, it's very good place to stay. balcony has sea view even though it's kind of away. there is a open terrace too for good view. the ustad hotel(which is open 24/7) is at a walkable distance. ACs were all working in both the rooms.

l looked through the MMT App , we went out to eat ,so we don't know the quality of the food, they took great of me with great courtesy the hotel and it's entire structure of atmosphere were a memorable and enjoyable experience thank u for MMT

Ideally located, about 300 metres from the beach. One needs to walk about 50 metres from the road. Parking for private vehicles is available about 100 metres away. The accommodation is getting renovated. Bare essentials furniture is provided. A TV set will add value for money. View from the room and the terrace is good. Reception was hassle-free. Food can be ordered through Swiggy. A small kitchen with essential utensils, fridge, gas with stove, etc are available. Tea/ coffee will be provided at extra payment. Overall, a nice place to stay for a couyof days to enjoy the beach.

Nice hotel clean and pleasant view point of beach is awesome

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. I felt like being at home. Spacious rooms with a balcony, clean bathroom and calm ambience. The roof top has a view of the lighthouse and kovalam beach which is just 1 min walking distance. Food was good too. Overall A best place to stay. The owner and staffs always smiling and cooperative.
