Property location is easier to access and it is well maintained.

The host is kind of rude and denying to provide the services that are mentioned in MMT while booking, like 1) Denied to provide late check out option. 2) Denied the Breakfast , saying there kitchen is under construction. 3) The lady host is quiet rude and saying to contact MMT for anything that’s committed while booking

Wonderful Stay. Especially the behaviour of the staff was very nice. And the place was amazing. Nothing more to explain about this property. That much i enjoyed.

The rooms were comfortable with all the amenities. The service was excellent. Melwin the host took very good care. The breakfast and dinner quality was excellent. The only improvement needed is bit of upkeep on the overall looks of the report from outside. Also coffee hot pot should be inside the room. We were later told by melwin that we shud have asked for it!

It was really an awesome stay @ Vaga copper Castle! Rooms was very clean & hygiene. Also very good service by the staff. They arranged for the off road safari and it was amazing 🥰. The person who took us for safari was very friendly & helpful. Kids enjoyed well. No words to describe about their food- it was amazing,very tasty food Best place to stay in Vagamon

4. 2k for 100sqft room is too high, staff behavior is excellent, very small resort only attraction is their fish pond.

Great place, hospitality by the staffs is much more than excellent, easy to reach almost all tourist places around vagamon, they arranged a jeep safari which was excellent too, they also allowed us to feed their fishes at in built pond which was awesome, they even allow us to do fishing which they cook for us. Everything was built using black stones so the stay and experience was different and awesome.

The stay was amazing with frien

The property lacks most of the amenities listed. There is no paved road leading to the property. There is no parking or security, for that matter there is no staff other than a sole caretaker. There is no inhouse kitchy or dining area, the complimentary breakfast was bought from nearby hotels and that too overcharged i felt. No cutlery to help it down, no service. Whatever few things provided had to be asked for. Even though we were the only guests the whole time, neither the room was prepared nor was our request for upgrade entertained. There is also no view from the rooms apart from the garden and pool within the property. These were also poorly maintained.

It’s a perfect location for family stay, fish pond is superb. Rooms are neat and clean.
