Poor experience. The staff was snot good at all. They are not clear on their policies. Had to wait in waiting room for more than hour to get the room. Dust was there in the room. Toilets were not clean. No toilet paper. There was no one to clean the apartment

Poor Stay

Good: staff bad: 1. Charged extra 2. Beds were worst. 3. Room were not clean. 4. No proper toiletry available 5. Laundry system unavailable the photos did not match the actual location rooms. The room was definitely not worth the cost, rather too costly for the service, quality and room sizes. Won’t recommend to anyone considering the cost vs service part. I have written already.

soloThis property gives itself a fancy name and post beautiful protogrphs, but it is one of lousiest property i have ever checked in. At the enterence you could see used cups and pales dumped. Room next door if filled with garbage. Floor in the hall and balcony not dusted for days. All cleaning material lying near stairs. The ganitar is occupying the only lift and asking me to wait till he is finishes his trip up and down. Resception guys do not even bother to accopany me to the room, just hand over the key. In contrast to what is shown the room is extreamly small and complelty closed, no ventilation. It was os repulsive that i moved out of property with in couple of hours withou bother for the money i have spent. Loosing money is one thing but enduring this lousy experience for next two days was a strictly no no for me. Never ever book this property.
