Rooms are like an old guest house. Hence the price is too high when comparing the rooms and services.

Location was good. Option in foods (breakfast) was less. Wiring of most of the switches were opposite, like equipments are getting ON in switch OFF position. No hair dryer in room, slippers dental kits were not provided when asked then provided. Wash basin is of old and dirty type. Quality way below than 3-star rated hotel.

Hotel room and maintenance is not good ,bed and bathroom are very old interior , restaurant food is good

There was no basic amenities like dental kit, comb. Asked for WIFi password, but not shared the same, From Reception alot room no 310, when I entered room saw guest was in that room, then they have replaced the room with 317 breakfast option was good,

Room hygiene clean and hotel staff are understanding and food so amazing specially Morning break fast to much good 👍 room service at time attend the guest any Hotel staff mamber. Excellent I prefer to to much good experience .

Overall the stay was nice. The property is centrally located in Guwahati. Food was good and services were also very good, the staff are well trained. The amenities can be improved.

Very bad experience I rented a car and did valet parking. Their security brought someone else's car and gave it to me. I didn't even notice. Brother, be careful.

Room is small, toilet smell is so terrible even after room freshner used and breakfast is not upto the mark of three star.... I recommend not to stay in this hotel, otherwise you will regret it.

Good and helpful staff and infrastructure. Moreover the quality of amenities are decent for a pleasant stay.

Very Good loacation of the property ..just walking distance from fancy bazar..Many renowned restaurants like Khorika,Goomar etc ...just few minutes away from Kamakhya devi temple..Although property is old but property is maintained and cleaned.Honest and helpful staff with good hospitality sense.

Hotel location is good— You can find all markets and food options nearby only.. Rooms and Bathrooms are not clean.. Not worth the amount they are charging

The room was pretty decent however There were a few problems in the room such as the Air conditioning was not functioning properly and the wall outlets were not working.

The complimentary breakfast was juat rubbish...less option...room was full of tiny cockroaches...staff irresponsible as i forgot to carry my stuff
