VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka

I stayed in the VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka for two days i. E. 14 & 15th of april, 2024. The location of the VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka is good and near to main temple. Room was clean and spacious. However, the restaurant is not upto the mark. Firstly, had to wait long to get my order and secondly, they issue bill of amount which was more than the amount mentioned in the menue. When i objected, they adjusted the amount. On the next day, when i ordered soft drink in my room, then also they charged double of the mrp amount and that too when amount was mentioned lesser in the menue. Moreover, when i was staying in the VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka after paying complete charges, there was no reason to levy extra charges. On being asked, the staff said that the menue cards are old and need changes and i had to pay amount which was double to the mrp. This seem to be absurd when you're staying in such a VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka. What if someone not checks the prices in menue and bill? they would be looted in such case. This needs to be looked into.

I got to stay at VITS Devbhumi Dwarka and it was a beautiful experience altogether. I came here in 2020 just 1 day before the lock down when DM orders came and the staff ensured that after checkin, I must rush to take the Darshan of Dwarkadheesh as I had come from Ahmedabad and should not go bck without it. I could get the Darshan with the help of promptness from staff at reception, locals and Pandit ji at the temple. I can never forget this. So when I got the opportunity to cm again this year I choose VITS again. The food is awsm, ppl are polite and helpful. Thy ensure that the guest should get a comfortable stay and I can feel it. Food was fantastic and i even met & congratulated mr jitendra prajapati [chef] excellent food preparation. Rooms are good. Construction work is going on some floor which was very disturbing in the morning. Staff behaviour was quite surprising especially when i had booked for wake up alarm on both days which was not taken care off. Neither the staff at front desk was apologetic for not able to hon-our the request. This is really shocking for me. Also spa is not functional. Few issues, if resolved (wake up alarm issue, construction work & spa) would have really placed it into excellent category

Our stay was excellent. Hotel staff was very cooperative and well behaved. Over all management was fabulous 😍. We enjoyed a lot over there. Food was served on time and it was delicious too. Room & Washroom was spacious and clean. Quick response by management in case of any issue. Temple & Railway station both are near from this VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka . We stayed for 1 night. Late check in was no issue. Since our dinner was pure booked, we were served a set menu. Food was way too salty and spicy for us but that is relative. Chass didn't like my stomach and i was sitting in the toilet from 2 am to 9 am. Reception staff was helpful and provided imodium tablets. Room was excellent, clean and large. Bathroom was large and clean

The VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka is situated nearby and walkable distance from the dwarikadish temple. The cleanliness of the VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka was excellent, good and cooperative staff. The food quality of the kamat resturent is amazing, authentic but the taste of the dal fry which i order was not up to the mark of the kamat resturent chain. Overall experience was excellent.

Restaurant is maintained with proper hygiene, ambience is good. Hospitality is appreciable, I can not complete the review without appreciating the hospitality by Mr. Mehul Kumar , understanding the need of guests and serving as per requirements. Mr. Mehul Kumar’s behaviour, approach and hospitality towards guests is really remarkable and outstanding 👌

Stayed here for visiting dwarkadheesh temple.. Seems pricey for the service but great locati…. The staff is not very courteous

Hotel is located close to the temple. Rooms are large and spacious. Food spread of breakfast and set dinner menu is good

Excellent stay and perfect location near dwarka. Comfortable and clean rooms. Well maintained property. Wide options in breakfast. Smooth check in checkout process at reception. Will recommend staying here than near main temple.

First of all the check in was hassle free, it took less than 5 min to check in. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned thoroughly. The restaurant of VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka was awesome and the best part of VITS Devbhumi, Dwarka was that it was walking distance away from dwarkadish temple.

Room quite spacious. Food options at restaurant can be better
