A Great Experience as expected infact beyond expectations. very polite staff, Helping Nature, Check-in was smooth, Food was Excellent.. Room was Very Clean and Hygiene was well maintained by the Staff. Everything was Perfect, I have No Words to Express the Great Experience.

Had to wait in restaurant for a long time to get my food. Service is terrible. Needs to be improved drastically

The overall experience was quite outstanding starting from the stay to the room amenities to the dine meals. I would surely like to stay again at your property whenever I visit Vadodara again with my family

Pathetic lodge , except hotel lobby everything else stinks. i was forced by the front office Manager to accept room where there was constant sound of maintenance works happening and dust all around, when I refused to accept the room he and the front office lady executives tried to again push back to the same floor. After I raised my voice they got me to stay at 3rd floor which is also having the same dust issue. see the pictures and try to stay away from this cheap lodge. The French colegue of mine was whole heartedly given room in 5th floor ( which is isolated from dusty 2nd and 3rd floors by ceiling of 3rd floor. No way I again stay at this racist hotel.

This was my third stay in this property and they have maintained their standards. Room was clean and service was good. I had breakfast on three days and dinner on two. For both, the menu was elaborate and food tasty. The staff were courteous and I would like to single out Tanaji- the omelette man who prepared and served masala omelette with a smile. On the second day, I got to know that both of us were Punekars-Pune is his janmabhoomi and it’s my karmabhoomi.

It was a very pleasant stay at Vivanta Vadodara, the staff was very humble and cooperative and the breakfast was utterly delicious, overall hotel property was very neat and clean and rooms were also clean and equipped with all the necessary equipments / lavatories / other essentials

we had a lovely time in Vivanta Vadodara........we had gone for a short trip to Baroda & stayed at Vivanta Vadodara. my daughter had a wonderful time there all thanks to the staff they made us so comfortable...... special neelima, Gopal, jayant, utpal & not to forget Tanaji who made a yummiest waffle for my daughter. thankyou everyone for giving us so much love. will definitely come again

Stay was good, property also good but food not upto the expectation, improvement in the taste required

Bad experience No one to receive assist and guide up to reception and from reception to Room while checking in And was very very while checking out We carried our bags and things ourselves while in and out We never use this property again
