Cleanliness of the room , linen is not up to the mark - dirty floor mats , stained linen and curtains and smelly rooms . Washroom water pressure is just not there - just a trickle of water .

Best hotel in this gandimaisamma and bahadurpally area. Staff was polite and checkin was smooth and hassle free. Small rooms but good enough for business travellers

Rooms ok simple water leakages in bathroom firtings not taken care.

Terrific experience worst service one muslim guy he doesn't have any manners rude staff and frequent power cut issues Ac not working doesn't provide wifi totally frustrated with the service.

Basic things were missing in the hotel. 1)it said city view, they meant rooms have windows, whatever outside view is city view. 2) as a complimentary item if you are paying rs 1800 for 2 adults, i expected 2 package water bottles (filter water in usable bottle provided) 2 bath towel (1 provided) no water in flush electricity short circuit ( no electricity, but they provided new room immediately) pros : room was neat n clean washroom was neat n clean

Down to earth and excellent staff in a place like bahadurpally. They kept the hotel rooms extremely clean and neat.
