Property was accessible, close to various tourist places, great food staff are extra helpful really great to be a pet friendly option

It was a wonderful location, we were a group of 14. Nice rooms and staff were very nice. The only drawback was that the hot water was not coming in couple of our rooms. Other wise rest of the facilities were good.

Location of stay is accessible with private vehicles. Ambience and food was very good. Good hospitality and restaurant services

Rooms are neatly kept. Staff is polite, food is tasty, location is easily approachable, however, the internal road needs proper repair.

Poorly maintained rooms, we were as-singed with a cottage like room, but it was poorly maintained. The rooms and facilities are not worth half the money i paid. Internet was down during the stay, mobile network was poor. There were power cut during the stay, but took some time for generator to work. It was pitch dark when power was off. Just one towel was provided for three of us and it took two calls to get an extra towel. No phone was available in the room to reach for room service. Had to contact them over mobile phone. Its not worth the premium price they have charged. Dinner was served at the room, but it was pathetic to say the least. The next day we were not feeling good with our stomachs, there is good reason to believe that the dinner has made us suffer. Those who are looking for a resort stay, look else where. This is an old property which was not maintained well. It looks as if like some one decided to rent it out when not in use. The way inside the property is steep, so non experienced drivers would have tough time getting the vehicle out from the property. No lounge or a proper reception area. Altogether a pathetic experience. The lawn near the pool was the only good thing i found there.

No neatness, no proper breakfast, no proper service, the bedsheet and the covers of the pillow were s milling horrible even after telling them to change the covers, the changed pillow covers and bedsheet were of same stinky smell. No cleanliness. Horrible experience.

Good ambience in the room and surroundings. Food provided was worthy. Room service seems good. Pool was very unhygienic and disgusting. Water was stinky. Don't go for the basic package if booking go for the highest package available.

The rooms are in pathetic condition. Requested a refund as noon as we aw the room. But makemytrip was able to refund despite sharing pictures. For sure makemytrip stands for property owners and not for customers. Hope i can share some pictures here

Not worth as the overall experience is too bad. Basic amenities are of very cheap quality.

The place is at good location. Service was really good. Staff was very helpful event at the odd hours. They were really polite. Resort scenery was good and the view around swimming pool makes it more enjoyable.

Very ordinary stay for 4. 5k (deluxe ac room), absolutely not worthy. The room has not been cleaned as per standards. Just an ordinary bed and room. There is nothing to explore much in the property except pool and bamboo. The pool water was not that clean as well. 8. 30 they have conducted a campfire, we expected something out of it and went for it but, there was nothing other than a lonely bonfire experience that hardly lasted for 20 min. Food charges and breakfast were okie. I won't recommend this place.

Service is very good. Very good place for holiday.

Very nice, good looking location

On the first day we faced lots of issues with respect to water, fan and bed. On the next day they addressed those issues. The staff is very friendly and listened to us and resolved the issues.

Bed sheet, room, bath room not clean and hygienic

There was no security, no trained staff. Food was ok but it was almost 1 hr late. The tv remote was not working. The bathroom was clean but it was very smelly. Only one bottle of water and one towel was provided for a family of three. Very poorly maintained children's play area, some of them were broken. The only attraction of this place is common pool. We cannot call this a resort it is just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant

Good location, very green. Small water stream or lake type covered in greens. Swings installed in trees for resting, badminton, swimming pool, and plenty of space to walk.

Location is not bad but food and services are not so good. Clealiness and hygiene conditions to be improved

The rooms were spacious. Garden was nice. Overall nice experience.
