Bad experience in villa

Overall it was abad experience for us amenities were not proper as shown in. Itenary like heater was not working properly even the kitchen was dirty and even ac was not working of one the rooms they took two hours to clean the pool after we arrived at the villa pick and drop was free of cost as per itenary but still they charge us 1500 so overall it was not worth it for this cost
