No options in breakfast, poorly maintenance needed in rooms and bathrooms 😕

Spacious and clean room, helping staff, perfect location for view, good food for good mood one can enjoy the munnar and its beauty by staying at this hotel

It was very poor experience, please dont book it, too much smell in rooms, no lift and 6 floor building and they will not cooperate in shifting your rooms too. Also their reservations department is so pathetic they don’t understand any guest emergency situation. Also so far from munnar in totally isolated area. Don’t waste your money to book it.

Price of the food is bit high and the rooms were average. The hotel is 8 kms far from munnar city and there wont be proper local transport from the hotel. If you dont have a vehicle or taxi its better to skip this hotel and my suggestion is to book a hotel within the city.

Pleasant atmosphere at the hills with the sounds of birds, rooms are independent without any disturbance.

It's an old cottage of 17 years old, the condition of room and bathroom is not good. Poor maintenance is done to keep the room, especially washroom in good shape. Thoghbthe rate for garden cottage and deluxe cottage are different, both are having same room space and bed size. The location is good surrounded by plenty of plants, it looks good from outside. Not customer friendly

Food provision - less quality than expected(4 number of persons we all are faced the same ) compare to other hotels, food cost unnecessarily hiked. Timing of breakfast is 7. 30 which means those who booked with bf and if u need to check out early morning, don't do it. Cleaning required further improvements, bedsheets are not cleaned well.

Please do not waste your time and money at this resort. Worst service ….no breakfast offered….front desk manager is useless….not at all helpful

It was misty and staff were very friendly.

I stayed with group of friends. From early check in to check out, we found literally no problem at all. Rooms were clean and all amenities were up to mark with hill view cottages. Stay was out of city, in the nature, so calm and peaceful and yet affordable.

Extremely poor service. They charged extra person charge never provide additional bed only basic amenities. They charged 5 star hotel charges. They not provided any tax bills and charged all taxes.
