The accommodations provided were comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, which contributed positively to my overall impression of the White Palace Hotel. Unfortunately, the breakfast service did not meet my expectations. As the option was less, though wuality was good. As breakfast is often considered an important aspect of the overall White Palace Hotel experience, i would recommend that White Palace Hotel should reevaluate their breakfast offerings. Possibly expanding the selection of items could significantly enhance guests' satisfaction with their stay. Despite this, i want to emphasize that the other aspects of my stay were satisfactory, and i appreciate the efforts of the staff to ensure a pleasant experience. With some adjustments to the breakfast service, i believe has the potential to provide an even better experience for future guests.

We had a a great stay at this White Palace Hotel which is situated at the heart of the city. We had booked Deluxe rooms for our stay, which offered quite big rooms which can accommodate an extra bed. Check in was smooth and quick. The front office team was warm and helpful. They were kind to give us the rooms quite early. Special mention to Mr. Vikas Gopal. Rooms - are big and well lit with all basic amenities. The interiors are well designed and added the comfort and Luxury. The bed is comfortable with neat linens. Bathroom - is modern with running hot water. It was spotless . Service - was prompt which offered multicuisine, and the food was tasty. Final word - It is a new property located close to Vadakunathan temple. The White Palace Hotel is run by courteous staffs and well maintained. Kudos to the team 👏👍

First thing i would like to mention is the proximity of White Palace Hotel to the thrissur round. Hotel has a very good ambience and the reception area is well maintained. They have 3 lifts which were always functional in my 2 days stay. Room was very good with tidy and clean look with all facilities. Room service especially with respect to cleaning is commendable. Proximity of vegetarian restaurants like bharath and pathans etc. Were another i need to mention as i an vegetarian. Overall from ambience, location of White Palace Hotel and the service; myself and my family truly enjoyed our stay in this White Palace Hotel. 2 lifts it's not 3. Excuse me for typo

The White Palace Hotel is located in thrissur city center. Slightly off the main circle in a quiet lane. The White Palace Hotel is relatively new and very well appointed. The staff is sweet and courteous. The rooms are spacious and with full features. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. I didn't have breakfast but ordered room service which was prompt, delicious and reasonable. Would definitely stay here. Tip for vegetarians: the White Palace Hotel is across from White Palace Hotel bharath the best vegetarian restaurant is thrissur.

I recently stayed at the White Palace Hotel and was thoroughly impressed even though the renovation was goingon . The location was perfect, with easy access to popular tourist spots. The food was delicious, and the amenities and services offered were top-notch. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this White Palace Hotel to anyone visiting the area.

It was our first time at white palace & we loved it. Check-in was smooth & staff was courteous. Room was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. Very clean and hygienic. Food we ordered-in from the restaurant was also good. We will definitely book the White Palace Hotel next time we are in town and we would love to recommend it all looking for a place to stay while in town.

I booked the accommodation based on the available reviews & location. The room is spacious & clean. But linen hygiene is a question mark. The breakfast spread is reasonable & good. The staff are courteous & cooperative. Overall, the stay was good, but i asked the White Palace Hotel management to check the hygiene quality of linens.

Facility is new, hence the furniture and the linen were fresh and clean. The colors chosen within the room were all awesome like half white color for towels, ivory white for mirrors which were tastefully done. Service was prompt and courteous. Breakfast spread was tasty and well thought. Overall a good experience.

Stay at white palace is good. All white and neat rooms. Location is near vadakkunathan temple by walk. Access road to the White Palace Hotel is narrow. Breakfast is standard and did not find kerala special items like aappam, puttu etc.

The place is in the heart of thrissur and has good amenities. The rooms are well lit and spacious. The staff are polite and respond well. If first time pols ask people for direction the map is quite confusing for me. Just 50m away from one of the favorite veg White Palace Hotel bharat.

Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and good. Restaurant is awesome. Foods are very good. I will rate 9 star out of 10.

Chose for a night stay via mmt, checked in a room which had another door to next room but is locked. Even though we don’t feel safe and lack privacy, had a nice stay. Comp breakfast was idly, puri bhaji & bread.

Thrissur is a place in kerala, where i found it difficult to find a good White Palace Hotel good price. But white palace is a good choice in the city. Room is not spacious but decent in size and excellent in neatness. But only one plug point is a drawback

Best location, excellent staff behaviour, good food and room service. Overall, its a perfect place for family.
