while booking the image shown was of glass house after booking only it is showing another image that also non refundable cancellation...the resort name is not displayed anywhere in resort...even no sign boards After reaching there no toiletries were provided when asked for that only gave one soap and for toothpaste they charged extra... there was only one towel in toilet that too not felt to use...they gave only 2 bottles of water....in kitchen there is kept loose tea powder and loose sugar that we were afraid to use.No entertainment provided even tv was not recharged...the blankets were of poor quality...at night couldn't sleep because of mosquitoes and insects. there was honey bees in front door which was terrible....near by no facility for food or snacks....no tea or coffee....totally horrible experience

We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience during your stay with us. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. Regarding the discrepancy between the images and the actual accommodation, it seems there may have been a misunderstanding. Our booking options clearly state two types of accommodations: the A-Frame Cottage and the Traditional Wooden House, with respective images provided. You booked the Traditional Wooden House, which is accurately depicted in the images, not the glass house. We also apologize for the issue with the toiletries, which were mistakenly placed in the cupboard by the cleaning staff. However, we brought them to you immediately upon your request. Similarly, the TV issue was resolved promptly. We acknowledge these mistakes and have taken necessary actions to prevent similar issues in the future. The insect incident you mentioned was unfortunate and unexpected. As we were not informed about it at the time it occurred, we were unable to assist you promptly. However, we have since addressed the issue with a pest control company. Regarding meals, it is clearly stated that meals are not included in the stay. We also informed you directly that there is no restaurant on the property. However, there are restaurants within 2 km of the property, and we delivered food to you as ordered. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve our services.

The location is perfect, and easy access to local attractions. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. -
