The staff service was very cordial. They were really helpful in providing details. Arranged extra bed and room services promptly. We were a bit disappointed on the hotel facility as they didn't have ac in the room. The weather was hot. And for the room rates we paid, we expected at least to have ac.

Very poor experience

familyI went with my family and a small 2 year kid Properties location was the only good thing as it is in main market. Food- very bad..not edible.. poor preparation.. poor portion size… and rates very high. Not worth at all Services- very bad. We stayed there for three days. Service was very good for the first day only. They dis not even refill babies milk in the bottle . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very old dated property with a lot of issues. Absurd pricing for product

Property is very dated and old. Plumbing fixtures were leaking in the bathroom and creating a mess making it impossible for us to have a bath on the last day. We stayed in deluxe - i shudder to think what the standard room is like. Some positives - staff is hospitable and the view is incredible, location on main market but they really need to improve their hard product to even justify half the price they are charging for the room.
