Hotel is located near Mathran railway station but my stay was terrible. Staff is not polite. You have to pay extra for bucket of hot water for bath. I highly recommended don't stay here, it's a just waste of money.

They shifted our booking to a shabby hotel without even informing us. The crowd was awful there and only one guy was working he was really nice. Don't visit.

Luck cottage is best to stay at Matheran. Staffs are friendly and cooperative in nature. Rooms are luxurious and clean. I am recommending you lucky cottage to stay at Matheran. It was awesome experience.

Very bad service. I am booking lucky cottage but at that time hotel manager transfer my hotel to another hotel location.

Good location, poor facility

Location was good but room receive is not that much good and also cleanliness is average. Facility also poor but fare wise is affordable. Hot water not available in room in such hilly area for bath.
