A good place to stay and the staff is real nice. Hospitality was good. The guys also arranged for rides to nearby places. You will need a shikara ride to Young holly wood group of house boats and that is arranged by them. Just let them know when you will leave or be back.

I love the service most. Place is good for stay. Nice experience for me first time to stay in boathouse. Pricewise cheap and host are really good. Boat location is good. I am satisfied with service and price also.

Loved everything about our stay, possibly the best host in Srinagar. Offered us free boat ride and breakfast. Will recommend staying for 2 days or more. House boat have a perfect location. Enjoyed our stay.

You have to take Shikara ride from main road to houseboat.

Shilara ride guy was very rude take shilara ride for hourly basis otherwise they will charge very high. 1 hr is enough for dul lake.
Hotel management was good overall it is nice to experience.
