Good staff and great service, especially Susil, who is a kind person. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. I also appreciate the Z Express Parea's location, which makes it easy to access local attractions and dining options. The bathroom is very clean, with a western toilet seat and seat cover, mirrors in both the bathroom and room, a shoe rack in the room, and mineral water available hot, cold, or normal. The Z Express Parea also provides good blankets, pillow covers, bathing gel, soap, and body lotion. One negative aspect is the slightly narrow entrance path, but it's manageable since there's no rush. Bike parking is available outside, and it's adjustable. Overall, it's very comfortable for solo stays or with friends.
