Terrible Stay

There were 1000 of rules which does not make any sense. They don’t allow outside food which is fine as long as they themselves can provide food! most of the time food are not available in hotel and they don’t allow to bring food from outside! how does this make sense? what i will eat if i am tired and outside food is not allowed and they are not providing food either

Dear Sir thank you for writing your grievances. All terms and conditions are mentioned in bold in the channel websites. The guest can see the rules before making a booking. As mentioned by you regarding restrictions of bring outside food, it's clearly mentioned that only cooked foods are not allowed. The guests are free to bring snacks, drinks and food items which are not available with us. Please acknowledge if we together do not maintain certain rules and disciplines the privacy, comfort and safety of all guests will be at stake. Truly we are not the best still you can check most of the guests rate us 4 and 5 due to these rules and restrictions. Lastly our rates signify that we are charging lesser than competition with the facilities we deliver. Thank you sir for staying with us and looking forward for your revisit if you appreciate the location, staff behavior and other facilities that may satisfy you.

Rooms were not good. Wall, bed, door everything has dirt strain. People will come and knock at your door randomly. I was given lecture by the sweeper that it is 8 am and i should not sleep. Toilet kit was not provided for 2 people, no towels. Bed sheet was not fresh. Though i have paid for the breakfast i had to ask for it and got very poor quality food. Overall once they take your money they do not care about you anymore.

You may the reviews of other guests staying in our property on the same dates, mostly rated us high and are very pleased with our services. Some of them have referred their friends also. Yes we too lack the capability to satisfy all especially when there is huge rush.

It was a really good experience. The behavior of the staffs and the manager was very polite. Room and the building is neat and clean. About 10mins walking distance from bew digha sea beach

Far from the sea beach, very noisy for being on the highway, service is average in all categories, this hotel is not suitable for families with children.

Dear dip-an sir, firstly will thank you for choosing our hotel for your holidays with your family. Truly regret that you were not satisfied as you have mentioned that our hotel is far from the beach and noisy due as it is on the new digha main road. It might have been you have overlooked the hotel details available on the makemytrip portal that the distance from the sea beach is less than 400 meters and it takes 6 to 7 minutes to walk. Moreover its also clearly mentioned that our hotel is on the new digha main road, just beside the auto stand in front of jahaj bari. Hotels in front of the sea beach is more than double of our prices and the backside rooms are totally noise free. Rooms with view of jahaj bar i will be bit noisy because their balconies are facing the road which actually most of the guests enjoy. Their are many hotel better than us in new digha but when best compared to quality with pricing guests loves our hotel. Very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
