The Zone By The Park Digha is very plea-sent & comfortable to stay/spend a weekend with the family. Positives: new Zone By The Park Digha interior with nicely decorated reception, restaurant, common area, large pool, comfortable spacious rooms which are must to recommended along with helpful staff at the reception, f & b as well as kitchen making the stay even more enjoyable. Do not want to mention it as negative - rather mentioning it as scope of improvement: any service to the room is slow & need multiple reminders which can be improved. Indoor games can be added as currently there is only one foosball! spa not yet started & stream bath/sauna is not operational though it was ready - most likely because of staffing constraint it is non-operational at this moment. Breakfast buffet is really appreciable with lot of options as we get in any good Zone By The Park Digha but dinner buffet which was part of the package(map) was considerably ok type with very limited options which can be reviewed & can be made more enjoyable making overall experience pleasant one. However overall experience was excellent & must recommend to experience the stay if you are in a leisure trip to digha avoiding crowded mandarmani/old digha places - one can easily visit the beach in 5 mins from the Zone By The Park Digha. Very good stay. Tasty food, nice ambience, clean and cozy rooms, but swimming pool services should be better, no float items in pool is provided, this way it gets very exhausting to spend much time in pool, where people mainly want to spend more time in the pool itself, not always swimming, but sometimes floating especially in the hot summers, pool attendant should be more cautious, people are diving into the pool even though its written not to and attendant was not even stopping them or asking not to, accidents might happen anytime this way, and others guests also will have to face an unwanted situation. Pool entrance is very weird, no idea why you guys have kept the restaurant side entrance to the pool closed. Even just to sit by the pool men and women have to take different entrance through respective changing rooms, even if you don’t need to change. Pool side sitting while having breakfast is also not possible for same reason. Reception staff needs to be warmer at greeting or addressing or answering the customers, they are very cold while addressing issues or talking to the guests, room services are also very late or null at times, we needed to call twice for same reason, rest of the staff like kitchen or reception or security staff are very nice and friendly and helping.

This was long overdue. Digha really needed a luxury resort property with star customer service and satisfaction and it would not be an exaggeration to mention that zone by the park meets all the expectations. Although still in a nascent stage as the resort opened its doors for the guests in march 2024 so setting up full fledged operations will take a few months. Special mention to the front office staffs pranshul and shabnam who were extremely polite and helpful. The room service and other facility are of good standards. We opted for a map package where one major meal were included and it's a set menu which includes the same items what you get in a buffet and unlimited too, so one need not worry even if someone has a big appetite, you are going to be full upto the brim. Breakfast buffet is decent, would have been better if more bakery items, cut fruits and live station options are added. The swimming pool is huge and is the centre of attraction of the Zone By The Park Digha. However, the children's pool floor was slippery which the Zone By The Park Digha management needs to take care of. The rooms were well maintained and very spacious and the bedding and linen were very comfortable. Loved the hospitality and the experience of our couple of days staying at zone by the park.

We stayed at the zone by the park, digha on 17th and 18th july 2024, at room no. 301 which is a pool side facing room. The Zone By The Park Digha is located right beside dighashree convention centre and is a bit far away from the beach. Amenities, services, rooms, pool facilities, gym, spa, breakfast buffet are all top notch. As you would expect from a 5 star Zone By The Park Digha. Food is good, not excellent. This Zone By The Park Digha is newly opened, and the room tariffs will go up as time progresses and more people will come to know of this Zone By The Park Digha.
