The location of the hotel was good (close to mg road, church streer, etc) and the property was nicely maintained, however when we tried to order room service in the afternoon, we were informed that since chef is not available, same cannot be arranged. For breakfast, there was no buffet but options were available on ala-carte, the food was however very good.

For those who come for banglore shopping it's the best nd near by place...It's hygienic nd food was awesome ❤️ staff is very friendly here especially the receptionists anukshka nd jorita!!! Perfect place to stay in banglore!!!!!

Hotel was not accommodative. We had booked first night 2 rooms and second night 1 room. We asked them to change the booking to 1st night 1 room and second night 2 rooms. Even though the hotel was practically empty they never helped us. We had to pay one room extra for second night and also the extra charge which was paid for second night for triple occupancy was not adjusted.

We had a terrible experience while checkin. Totally we are 7 people including children. We provided 6 id proofs while checkin on 23rd dec, 2024 by 10. 45pm and one of our child id is not with us. We informed the reception incharge that i can provide it the next day as early as possible. But he denied it and refused to give us room. Then we arranged it by waking up our grandparents at our home. We never seen such kind of shrud and attitude person. About the food, it’s very worst and not fresh.

The hotel charged rs 129 against printed rs 99 on the menu for a canned beverage, not once but twice without giving any bill. The reception bioy - avijit didn't understand hindi, or even basic english to discuss anything fruitful. Had to wait till morning to discuss the points.

businessDecent stay at best. Small rooms did not bother as I was only transiting for a night. Pros - Central location, comfortable bed. Cons - Loud noise from nearby party, very poor noise proofing. Water clogging in shower, no glass partition. Single lift working out of 2. Poor WiFi. No warm water in night. Then other hygiene factors e.g. landline in room did not have any numbers marked. Did not have breakfast. Not sure of quality.

It was a very comfortable stay at zone by the park. They were really helpful by providing our choice of room. Also the room service was nice. Thank you for the best experience so far in my last trip to bangalore. Lovely clean room provide by the house keeping staff
