Nestled comfortably a little below dell park, it's quite a cozy place to stay with family. The location, being a little further up from town, provides ample peace and quiet to loosen up and relax. Food was simple and home cooked which we really enjoyed. Rooms are well maintained with fresh sheets and the bathrooms are clean too. Thanks a ton to nawraj uncle for helping us with arranging a car in the last minute for our sightseeing daytrip to lava. An-jay da (driver) is a rockstar! nawraj uncle and prateema aunty take care of their guests with a lot of warmth. Quite clearly my go-to place whenever i visit kalimpong next. Boon voyage!

We stayed there for three nights. It was a nice place specially for kids. The host Mr. Gurung is very gentle and helpful. The place was surrounded by green and have a great city view from the Roots Shoots & Beds | Rooms in a Homestay balcony. Other tourist destinations are also very close to this Roots Shoots & Beds | Rooms in a Homestay. The only thing which I think need more focus, that is food. Food is good but variety is limited and compare to the food provide there the rate of the food is little bit higher side. Other than this it's a very nice place to stay.

It was a lovely stay at roots, shoots and beds. We got the best room with great view. I loved how they have decorated the entire place with plants. The staffs were well-behaved. The owner, too was very helpful and caring. He guided us with our entire tour plan. Not to mention, the meals at this home-stay are delicious. Overall, a great experience.

Very nice, peaceful Homestay slightly away from Kalimpong Town. We have enjoyed a lot here with our family and kids. Homestay staffs behavior also too good. The homestay is decorated with various types of hilly flowers and trees. You can See Kalimpong town from its verandahs. Homestay owner is a well-behaved and very good person. Thanks to him. Hope to meet this place soon in sometimes.

Excellent place to stay in Kalimpong. Staff cum owner are every cooperative they arrange everything and anything for you. Our sightseeing vehicle and other vehicle was arranged by them at very cheap rates compare to travel agents and taxi drivers. And also every punctual in getting vehicle in time. These guys will make you very comfortable

A well spent day by us at this Homestay. Very peaceful atmosphere we feel here. Rooms condition is too good. The homestay is decorated with various type of hilly flowers And trees. This Homestay has a nursery. At last Homestay, owner is a very helpful and well-behaved person. Many thanks to him. Hope to see this Homestay soon in next.

We stayed for one day And realized we should have stayed there for longer. Family loved it And the staff was amazingly cordial And helpful. They arranged fresh hot dinner for us even though we'd forgotten to inform them beforehand. A lovely homestay And very well maintained. Would book it again if I visit Kalimpong anytime in future.

Very good home stay. Food and ambiance was very good. Location is bit far from city but perfect for travelers looking for a peaceful and comfortable home stay.

Both fooding and lodging here is of great joy ! wifi available but has a bit weak connection due to high traffic. A bit away from the main city and near to the deolo hills ! it will just calm the race of life into a peaceful environment !

My parents had a good stay at Roots Shoots & Beds | Rooms in a Homestay. It is very near to nature. Hotel staffs are very courteous. Owner himself took care of everything.

1st impression was not up to the mark. Free breakfast was very average. Dinner was quite good. This facility suffers from severe shortage of staff. The facility is off the main road in a very narrow lane. Proprietors were very helping. On the whole I will rate them above average.
