I was in doubt before booking room at Rosary, But after reaching at place and looking at rooms I was totally surprised. The ambiance all around the cottage is so calming and pleasant. The room and toilet was very clean and well maintained, TV and WiFi was there to be connected on the room. This place is very close to the beach at walk able distance. The owner of the property is so friendly and nice person, In fact all of his family members are helping. They treat you like a family member not as customer. I personally felt like i stayed like a guest at my relatives at Chivla. Owner of cottage also helped us to get the best deal for water sports and made all arrangements for us. They also guided us about places that we can visit around Chivla. We enjoyed the stay a lot.

Home stay is a much bandied about the word but the stay with Rosary House at Malwan is always a stay-at home in the truest sense of the word. The clean rooms, fresh linen, true home made seafood, lazing on the hammocks under the Palm trees within a sandy wait and the sound of the ocean breeze and waves all made for a totally relaxing stay. Rosary House will a regular destination for me at Malwan.
Would have liked a better WiFi facility. We loved the home-made food especially the sea-food preparations in true Malwani coastal style. The service was exceptional and the owner family has always been most gracious, kind and accommodating. It was a true home stay experience in the truest sense of the word.

We really enjoyed our stay at this charming homestay, which is just a two minute walk from the quiet and peaceful Chivla beach. The homestay is also very close to atithi bamboo, the iconic seafood restaurant, at just about five minutes walk. Sindhudurg Fort and Malvan Town is just over a kilometer away and easily navigated on foot. The Rosary House Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant also organized an auto for us to explore the nearby placed of Tarkarli and Devbaug, which are in the 10 kilometer radius. The Rosary House Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant is nice and clean and we'll maintained with a relaxing ambience with hammocks and trees. Will surely recommend this place.

The property is very near to the chivala beach hardly 10-20 steps ( however far from tarkarli and devbag beach) one can hear the sound of the waves at night. It was very peaceful and the cleanliness was top notch. There were a couple of good restaurants very near to its location so we did not have to hunt for sea food or vegetarian food around malvan. The hosts were great they helped us out with all the places that we could visit and made us feel quite at home. They also provided us with a yummy malvani breakfast ( neer dosa and amboli were the personal favourites. All in all it was a great experience and would love to visit again.

Rosary house is very cloe to chiwla beach. Distance not more than 100m. Room's were very clean and spacious. 3 sections for room, one is lobby section where you will have small tea table and 2 chairs then you have bedroom and last is bathroom area. Provision for hot water was present in bathroom. Outside area of Rosary House Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant has many swings and coconut trees which provides relaxing feeling. You also have 4-5 great food places at walking distance. Overall this place is perfect to enjoy family time.

I stayed there with 2 of my friends for 3 days. The family is co operative and nice towards the guests. The total area of the compound is quite large with full of trees and one can easily take a morning or evening stroll in the compound only. The location of the home-stay is right next to the civil beach. You can go sit at the beach at any time of the day credit to the apt location of the home-stay. Overall the experience was quite good and I would definitely stay there whenever I go back. Thannks guys.

The stay for 4 days with Rosary House was one of safest and quality time for all of my family. The members of the Rosary are all friendly nature like family and they arranged all the activities, sightseeing, transfer. Breakfast, dinner in our budget friendly pocket. The ambiance is also very well maintained one can spend their quality time and the civil Beach is not more then 1 min walking distance and also main City markets is nearest. Thanks to Rosary House members for creating our holiday memorable.

Owner is very helpful and rooms are big, clean and airy. Fish is good. Very nice and spacious free place for kids to play. Good Ambiance and tasty food. sea view, coconuts trees, sea breeze, fresh air, no pollution,Clean and tidy place. Home made breakfast of local food, yummy chutney and refreshing morning tea. Fish thali , prawns fry and Fish fry were awesome. Good place to be with family and friends, will at least visit once in year to get refresh and relax.d and fresh. Food is delicious.

Excellent place to stay, very good property and close to Beach. Neat and clean and very good service. Will definitely visit next time. I extended my stay by 1 day as I liked the property.

Very good option for family travelling to Chivla Beach

The cleanest Rosary House Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant i have been too ever, spotless clean in a budget Rosary House Homestay | Rooms & Restaurant. The location is so close to all the attractions in malvan, 30 foot strides to beach, 10minutes walk to rock garden, all water sports available on the beach, multiple good rated restaurants just 5minutes away, market is just 10minutes walk.

Stay was good, home made food was delicious

Very close stay from famous places like Chivala beach, Sindhudurg fort and Rock garden, just 2 min away from scuba diving and other water sports. Must visit.

Best place to stay in Malvan with family
