The place is an old 1890 cottage which has been restored to it’s fullest. The good points are : food is cooked fresh and it was delicious. Vinod the staff was amazing and took good care. The tarrif was a lot for the facilities . It’s an old property neat and clean but more development and renovation should happen. The fans were not working properly. The bed was old although mattress was clean. Lot can be done.

the hotel's road is very bad there is no light

Not up to date... The rooms are not as shown in the photos. The water drainage in the bathroom is not good. Service is slow and food is very expensive.. though the food quality is good. .

From where should I start to say about Rosa stay. once you go there you will never check in in any other hotel ever. we as a couple loved the stay and that became an unforgettable memory for us. amazing service , hospitality, so clean and so much polite staff. home away from home we say

Property was amazing, it was a fabulous stay. The rooms were soooo damn spacious. The environment was so positive. Food was well cooked and tooo yummy. All the facilities were top notch. No doubt it was worth staying at this property.

The property was so damn good and the tooms are amazing and vinod bhaiya is very good and helpul and the place has a vintage vide and the delux room are so spaceious

We got a room which is very bad and they got only 2 balcony rooms.

Quaint heritage villa and everything felt like how it was suppose to be. Great chef who churned tasty food, great view of the hills and wild, clean and tidy room and facility. Wish there was work desk to be able to work while on vacation.

The property was away from all the chaos of the city, having a nice view from sitting area was a great add on too. On top of that they had such cute puppies(4 of them. Worth it.

Great hospitality, humble staff, great view, big and beafutilfully dectorated rooms and washrooms. Must stay!

Ground staff is polite and helpful however management is not supportive. Poorly equipped kitchen, power cut for hours during night are few of the issues. Also, mm t doesn’t help much if raise an issue.

I recently stayed at a heritage villa in nanital, uttarakhand, and it was an incredible experience. Overall it was a comfortable stay, though electricity disruption in the area but staff handled it well throughout. Food was good, view was nice. Rooms were clean. Common area was bit dusty.

We booked the standard room and it was beautifully maintained. Food was great, staff specifically vinay ji was so polite. The manager helped us to plan our trip.

Had a wonderful stay here. Unique property in its own way. If looking for quite and soothing holiday away from the traffic/crowd. Definitely this is one of the best place to go for. Staff here will make you feel very comfortable to their best of ability. Must try thier local cuisine.
