Roseate House New Delhi

Location from airport is excellent for transit traveller. Fundamentals are good. Air conditioning, ambient temperatures are maintained superbly, esp in this summer heat. However water bodies are all under repairs, the ambience is currently sub optimal. There are dark interiors (in lobby, passages, etc) i guess the intent was to create mood, at times it is dark & spooky, esp on upper floor decks in late evening(on day 2 they did turn on more floor accent light, after getting the feedback)the room itself are in great template, with good mattress to sleep. They have 2 resturants for dinner & only one option for lunch on weekdays. However aerocity square is walking distance, next door with many wonderful choices & vibrant vibes. Though the facilities are clean. The guy assigned to my room on 20th morning needs more training. You can't ring bell, 3times in 5seconds. And it was very superficial level cleaning, but i guess it was individual issue rather then system, because the glasses through out the facilities were spotless. Some infrastructure issues, the cabinet door in tea pantry did-not close, the light in the kettle not working, minor details which are easy fix. One of the lifts also not working. Food is good. Breakfast at del is standard fare, as expected. Service is good live counters are serving great food(egg benedict cooked perfectly, as well uttapam with exceptional rasam)however the food on serve could look into temperature control. By 8. 40am, many items were cold & off texture. For the sake of attention to details the table arrangements could be more consistent. Some had flower arrangements missing. The front desks can certainly improve. The genuine sense of welcome is missing, people hover around, say the right words but the energy is missing and two thirds of them sound contrived & forced. My check in was smooth. However the uniformity for all the customers need to be ensured. My billing was missed, i being responsible/honest had to struggle to get the billing for breakfast done later on the evening. The girl at desk was struggling to be efficient. Overall it a good place, but looking at the competition, near vicinity it needs to pay attention to finer details.

Check-in: upon check-in, i was informed that the king-sized bed room i had reserved was not available. I was told i would be moved to a king-sized bed room the next day, which was disappointing. When guests book a specific room type, it should be provided. If the reserved room isn’t available, i believe an upgrade for the first night would be a fair alternative. Breakfast: i noticed a difference between the first-day and second-day breakfast offerings. On the second day, there was a much wider variety of options. If an additional breakfast restaurant is open, it would be helpful to inform guests that two breakfast venues are available. On the first day, a supervisor or manager personally checked in on my satisfaction, which i appreciated. However, on the second day, although someone was checking nearby tables, they seemed to have missed mine, which felt like an oversight. Room service: the food and service were excellent. The order taker got everything right, and the overall experience was great. However, i would suggest that someone check in with guests afterward to ensure satisfaction with the meal. Housekeeping: the housekeeping service was fantastic, particularly raju, who did an amazing job. Check-out: the checkout process was smooth and efficient, which i appreciated. The location is near to airport and sit accessible easily ! food overall was great, we had breakfast there and it was overall a good experience with the staffs being so courteous and helpful. The amenities provided were also very good and fine ! service and staff were so polite and helpful in every manner. * try to not early check-in / try to check-in after 10am ! the early check-in fee is whole one day charges ( which i felt a bit extra but it was fine ! )

Amazing stay. The staff is courteous and well behaved. One of the best part is that all the services are governed by the android or ios app and you don't even need to call service desk. Rooms are near and tidy and too spacious. We traveled as a couple and a comfortable stay. The location is great too with proximity to the worldmark where you have many eatery options. Additionally, breakfast is great as well.

Extremely beautifully designed luxurious theme with glass and wood everywhere, just perfect food, good pool, best spa !

Stay was very nice! we stayed here for a night and enjoyed their meal and also special access to club lounge which was very good.

The stay was comfortable, staff was courteous, however, at this price range - the room seemed a bit average, there was no bar in the room, the breakfast spread was also limited and average in taste, one can find better Roseate House New Delhis at this price range.

Good experience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The place in itself is beautiful. We booked 3 rooms and all of them had a great view of the airport.
