Very nice hotel, very good rooms and amazing rooms with great view, and the room service is also very nice

this hotel left me no choice but It’s listed as an Luxe 5-star property, but nothing about my experience felt remotely 5-star.I know what to expect at this level—and this hotel fell far below that standard. The first room they gave me was shockingly dirty. There were hair on the floor, visible dust, and stains on the flooring. This is the bare minimum any hotel should take care of, let alone a so-called luxury property. I was just hoping for a comfortable stay, but even cleanliness wasn’t taken seriously here. To make it worse, when I informed the front-desk staff member, about these issues, she responded with a completely blank expression—no apology, no concern, nothing. The lack of basic courtesy was honestly more disappointing than the room itself. I would not recommend this hotel on any day. There are hotels that are far better—at least twenty times better—in terms of service, cleanliness, and overall experience.

The hotel was nice but there was very little lighting in the hotel. Seemed like a very dark hotel as per my liking. The concierge service was not proper and did not give the work given to them on time. Breakfast was good but not extraordinary. Overall, it was a nice stay but could have been much better.

Location was good but TV was not functioning properly. We called the engineer also to fix it but he couldn’t. For a property that charges per night this was an embarrassment. Pathetic service!

It was great, from accommodation to the location, it was a perfect match as it was so close to worldmark mall and the location was great.

Everything was good including the checkin and check out.. staff were courteous and helpful.. location is amazing and the property is neat and clean with all amenities. In room dinning is bit expensive but the food is good.

Pleasant stay with great location, rooms were quite spacious, property was well maintained, spa and sauna was relaxing, but swimming pool area could have been maintained better

The breakfast was specially good. Swimming pool maintance was bad Room was good steam and sauna room was not hotel class

It is amazing property. but it was too dark at night around fountain area. Food was good but breakfast spread was less as compared to others. So, more lights and variety of food for breakfast is required

It was not worth it compare to money they take. We booked for day use, the beds were making noise same for other furnitures. In room fridge has no items, which compare to other hotels they do have somw snacks and drinks in room. When we went to in house bakery house, and ordered sandwich thwy said it will take atleast 20-25 mins to prepare and they can not also deliver that to room, which was so bad.

Expensive for what it was. We had to change our rooms 3 times, the first one was not clean with a dirty toilet and marks on desks and vanity. The second one, smelled like and the 3rd had a broken toilet and by that time it was 7 pm and we were tired. When we complained to the staff we were just told they will make sure our next trip was better. That kind of attitude does not comply with a 5 star hotel. This place was not even 1 star. It totally ruined our whole trip. The staff was incompetent and fidgety. Whenever called the reception to order something got rude responses. They had a chance to fix and make our stay better, but they responded with" next time we will treat you better". Pathetic! there is not going to be a second time. For the price they charge we would have been better off at Marriot or the likes. Waste of money. Don't bother coming here!

It's a good place, nice hotel, modern facilities, but just the part that pulls it down is that it's a way from the South so during the peak as it makes and creates the hassle of getting stuck in traffic

Brilliant service and also the ambience of the place was too good. The room was clean and they also provided with complimentary cake

Location, Food excellent but afraid of Hygiene based what is experienced in room. Good 30+ mins of being stranded outside the room since i was alloted a room with broken sensor and 20 more mins for Roseatte team to come back to me empty hands after multiple follow ups saying that even physical keys are misplaced. Ultimately around 10.30pm forced to change a room. Drama doesn’t end here - stepped into a room and picked up a glass to have some water only to realise that the glass was filled with dust. Further, room floor had foot stains - clear evidence of hygiene and cleanliness on the rooms. Doesn’t deserve to be part of MMT Luxe. Mr Umesh did took some efforts to cover it up with free airport drop and 2 tiny boxes of mithai but honestly not worth it.

Review for Hotel Rosset House Extremely disappointing experience. Despite informing the hotel well in advance about my late arrival at 6:30 a.m., my booking was wrongly marked as “No Show” and cancelled. After an unnecessary argument at the reception, they reluctantly provided a room. What was most shocking was their complete lack of accountability — not a word of apology or courtesy for the inconvenience caused. Such unprofessional and indifferent behavior is unacceptable, especially from a property that claims to value its guests. Definitely not the experience one expects from a reputed hotel.
