1. No mobile network 2. Restaurant kitchen is unhygienic, very less option of foods available. 3. Stayed for 3 nights but not a single day they cleaned the room. 4. Used cups and glasses stayed in on the table outside the room for 3 days. Cockroaches were there in the cupboard provided. 4. No phone is available in the room for any room service or restaurant to call and request something. You will have to go there to request something.

Poor Stay

The experience as not good and here are some pointers to share with fellow travellers ( please consider we travel to south goa on every year ) 1. The property was fairly new , in our room split AC stopped working and we were asked to wait in the cafeteria for 1 hour considering we travelled with my pregnant wife and they knew it. 2. They knocked the doors too much to get food payments while we told them we will clear them during check out , how it usually happens. 3. The staff was from Jaisalmer ( jawan singh and the cook were amazing though ) but overall understanding for south Goa lacks. 4. Poor infrastructure, as light dips and goes in evry 10 mins or so. Suprisingly food was not a disappointment, and we enjoyed eating.

When we visited the property in early October, we came to know that they had just opened it a day before this season. Hence, most of their services were not available. For example, Wi-Fi was not working; 90% of the food menu items were also not available. However, they charged their usual full rate for the rooms. Considering the fact that they were not fully operational, they should have given a discount on room rents.

Worst place to stay at Agonda

Really bad service, property not maintained well, no staff, their restaurant doesn’t have anything to eat. They charged me Rs 52/- for a water bottle which has Rs 18/- Mrp printed on it. Really nothing worth mentioning about the property.

Terrible stay experience

Property location was good. But the service was not up to the mark. They dont have refrigerator nor they help in getting access to kitchens refrigerator. Also power shutdown was very frequent and generator took a lot of time to on the power. This is something you dont expect during a vacation stay. Plus the washroom area goes very hot in the afternoon since the roof is iron/stone.

Hotel toilet issues

Nice but not the best. Hotel facilities like washroom has a lot of issues which can be improved. Door lock is also very old system, can be upgraded to tap facility

There was no proper lock on doors, the sliders were not sliding properly. Beds var made of low quality wood, they were making weird sounds. No hot water facility.

View is amazing although stay and amenities were worst

I guess staying beside the beach with sea view is just magical. Although stay was not good. We were not even provided water when we reached. Room condition was not good. We saw many cockroach in night. Washroom was similar to a lodge beside anu bus stand. I would not even give one star for room and it's amenities. Staff was also not helpful. I have to call manager many times as staff was not helpful.

Pathetic experience

Never go by the pics and book this cottage, its deceiving. Rooms have cockroaches and cottage doors and bathroom doors do not close. There is no network here and no room service is available. Overall experience was horrifying.

coupleWe loved the location of this property and the proximity to the beack. The huts are very spacious and well decorated. Only issue we found is that the bathrooms are not at all sound proof. We could literally hear someone talking on the phone behind our hut like he’s sitting next to us. Hence it’s a problem the property owner should address.

Average resort with amazing location

The resort is slightly secluded from other properties in the area. Rooms open to beach, has a beach facing restaurant which serves food good in taste. Rooms are spacious enough but the ac is small as per the room space. I expected it to be more than good looking at the pictures but it was not upto that. Can be a good option if you are looking to spend private leisure time away from goa’s hustle. Cleanliness could have been way better.
