Hotel Royal Comfort Regency - Dal View

Excellent location bang on Dal Lake road. Good staff, rooms are very good and very reasonably priced. good food. over all value for money

It was good experience over there staff was very nice and rooms were neat and clean. It’s very near to Dal lake

finding hotel location is very easy but the behaviour of the hotel very bad and shocking . we have booked the hotel well advance before our trip and it was confirm booking but once we reached they deny the booking instead of confirm booking they didn't allow us to check in. the hotel people are behaving like worst .do not book the hotel ever specially The in house manager behave like we are coming to stay free. very very bad experience and i will not recommend

Just one drawback. No view from rooms

They gave a room that was so small and at ground floor from where we couldn't see out anything.cupboards and doors were dirty so much dust was there.They gave only a single chair.All together not good experience

Property is situated at the Dal Lake , the rooms are old styled without any view of the dal . Quality of toiletries is average , very limited options for breakfast . Room size is average.

From make my trip i find n then booked hotel,but services is not good. No one can stand hear to inform 1st about hotel services. Everything is good big rooms washroom centrally heated tv n all. Parking availability is good.

Worst food, worst services, took time around one and half hour for one order, and after that, not even the food was fresh and was also worst experience

this is one of the best Hotel in dal lake, The hospitality was Awesome, Staff was very courteous and cooperative, The biggest special thing about this Hotel which adds to its charm is their restaurant which is named Lazeez food preparation was excellent and delicious. Royal Comfort Regency which is a good location at Mid Of Dal Lake Nearest Ghat no 12, You can see the hill top of shankracharya temple from the hotel out side. The interior and Room and Wash room Were very clean and Hygienic. Royal Comfort Regency made our vacation amazing. We did not face any issue everything was very smooth from check in to check out. Overall value for money, I will go again to this amazing place in winter, Strongly Recommended 5 *. Thanks 😊

We had a 4 night stay at royal comfort, dal lake and had booked the premium rooms. The property is right across the dal lake at a very good location. The property and rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is hot water available throughout though we did experience issues with water supply once during the stay. The staff takes care of the guests. Breakfast, though basic, is good. We didn’t try their dinner buffet. There is a good restaurant lazeez right next door which is very good and very popular with locals. Overall, will recommend royal comfort for a decent, comfortable stay.

Good property. But prices are on higher side. Rooms are clean they have only one room with lake view. Total they have two buildings

We booked suite rooms it’s not worth, bathrooms are too small & old type restaurant laziz is very good.

Had to change rooms for a 2 night stay. I don't think i was provided a premium suite (5024) on day 1. The bathroom door was a slim gap of 30 cms. We were able to manage considering our weight, for someone with heavy body, might not be able to squeeze from the bathroom door. Day 2 they shifted us to a better room (5007) with so called lake view, the view is of the green colored lazeez restaurant barely can see the lake from lake view room. Located near ghat 14. Other restaurants, shankaracharya temple road and other activities are very nearby. Food from the restaurant lazeez was very good. Breakfast was also good. Hot water and other amenities were very good.

Some renovation work going on. They don’t even bother to stop it even after 5pm. Also the rooms are not that cleaned. Could’ve been better

Nyc n cozy environment along with had good food. Love the view. Shikara ride was at door step. Easy and convenient

If i have to sum up the stay it would be pocket friendly, comfortable and a lot of convenience considering proximity to the tourist attractions, restaurants and shops around. The quality of your stay is highly dependent on what you are expecting. In our case, we wanted good beds because the whole day was spent out and a good, clean bathroom since we were a family - and we were not disappointed! last but not the least it’safe. At srinagar you need to enjoy the rustic beauty rather than sophisticated touch of a star hotel. One piece of advice, carry your own towels. Special shoutout to ashraf, at the front desk. An absolutely friendly and a funny host. A great human being!

It was a very pleasant stay in this hotel which is just in front of dal lake. Room service was pretty good. Staffs were very courteous. Room was very clean.

Excellent hotel, rooms and services. Lazeez hotel is also best. A little expensive but considering its location opp dal lake. Take a walk around lake at leisure. We stayed here during our first day in kashmir and last day before returning. Housekeeping, reception and restaurant staff all are very nice and friendly

My stay was average because this is the back sided room and there is a very dirty and shabby view from the window but you mentioned it would be a spacious and view room.
